I rented out 2 storage units at this location and did not have a problem with the first unit.But I definitely had a problem with the second as I found that my porrious items grew mold. I brought it to the manager's attention and wasn't informed that the hvac had failed and that I should submit a claim through their insurance so that I can be reimbursed for damages. Much to my surprise, the insurance company that represents this facility denied my claim as Their insurance does not cover any type of mold or mildew in their policy. But what has me curious is too why this facility is not temperature controlled when it is supposed to be as advertised. I Know of a few other individuals that suffered the same loss as I. I've pleaded twice with the insurance company and have gotten nowhere. My next step is to reach out to the district manager of the storage facility to seek some type of restitution. Or even beyond that.
