  Delivery drivers were excellent. Very pleasant, courteous and efficient. However, we were disappointed in the warehouse(?). One of the three mattresses ordered was “mis-tagged” and didn’t come. Two of the three ordered mattress covers were the wrong size! As explained to store sales, we live out of state from the delivery address, requiring a 2.5-hour drive to receive order. Unhappily, we have to do it again!

  Such a great experience with Bob (Robert) H. He was available for all questions and provided such a welcoming experience for us to shop in. Never once felt pressured and he made sure that I got the furniture that would suit my space the best!

  Steve was the greatest salesman- no pressure left us alone as we wanted but present when we needed help- went back a second time and bought more and will certainly be back again- and yes the merchandise is great and met our needs

  I would not purchase from this company again. I paid a lot for my couch and bought the extended warranty because I was told that it would cover any damage including from our pets. Now, several years in I’ve reached out to take advantage of the warrant I had paid for, and they say it’s not covered. There’s so many choices here in New England, I would go somewhere else. Definitely don’t let them sell you on the plan. So frustrated. I should also note that this is after five submitted requests before I actually got a response from someone.To add insult to injury, I actually hate the couch but I’m stuck with it now, because I paid so much for it.
