  I spent over 5000 for this Frankford umbrella. I had it less than 60 days. A small hole developed near the seem. I called the store and sent pictures. They said this was caused by a pinch from opening and closing and isn’t covered by warranty. I am shocked. This is terrible customer service. I would strongly advise you not use this retailer. Once an item is delivered to you they no longer take any responsibility.

  We are extremely happy with our Eden Sofa Set. Build quality, fit and finish are great. Swivel rocking chairs and Sofa are all very comfortable and fit our space perfectly. We sprung for the covers for each piece in order to increase the sets life and hopefully keep the squirrels from chewing up the cushions. I am very impressed with the fit and aesthetics of the covers. Staff was very helpful and not pushy in anyway. Furniture was delivered on schedule with no fuss or issues.
