  On Saturday, June 20th my movers called me to tell me they would be at Storage Etc. the next day, Sunday morning with an 18 wheeler! They would not be able to drive on to the premises to our unit due to the size of their truck The mover said they would have to rent a smaller truck and it would be $1,000 more! Manager Devin quickly went into assist mode and found me another unit closer to the front entry of the facility. The movers and their 18 wheeler were able to dolly everything to the unit while parked on the street close to the entry of the facility. Devin did not charge me more and was so courteous and obliging! Can’t thank you enough for saving me $1000 on the spot! He exceeded my expectations that day! Kudos to Devin! I would highly recommend Storage Etc. to anybody looking for an ethical and spotless storage company.

  Super easy process. The best way to get started is to show up in person. Management here is really nice and professional. Moving out was easy as well, just give them 30 days notice and a final courtesy notice when you’re fully moved out of your unit. I’d reuse this storage facility in a heartbeat in the future!

  I had a fantastic experience renting at Storage Etc. in Westminster. The facility is clean, secure, and well-maintained, but what truly made the experience outstanding was the service. Nick was absolutely fantastic—he went above and beyond to make both the move-in and move-out processes incredibly easy and stress-free. It is rare to find such helpful and professional customer service, and I would highly recommend this location to anyone in the area looking for a seamless storage experience.

  Devon was extremely helpful throughout the entire process and even saved me an extra trip by assisting with a lock issue. The building was clean, and the overall experience was smooth, easy, and hassle-free.
