  HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE! I have never been to a store where the employees dont know or understand the difference especially when working with high price items that most of them have serial numbers, model numbers, and item numbers. Not all have serial but the ones that do that is how they tell if tgat item was the exact item purchased or not. I also have never called ahead and talked to the or employees there that said I could return an item I purchased with my debit card using my verified pin if I had the receipt for cash if I canceled my card/account. Not only did they not once tell me while I was there that I couldn't do it and get cash but they argued that it would go back even though the card and account had to be closed. So I will be calling corporate because AQ

  Went in with wife and kid. Harassed by sales twice in 3 minutes. Sometimes people want to go somewhere and browse with family without being sold something. Asking to be left alone and getting a "Im just doing my job no need to be rude" (lol rude for saying "please leave us alone) in response also doesn't help. Lost a customer, plenty of other stores.

  I especially love coming to this location because of Jaime{MST} & Leon! I am always so happy to see them & feel grateful for all of their help & shared knowledge. Lowe's is extremely lucky to have these friendly & professional individuals as employees - they're making your company look top notch♡ Thank you for all of the positivity, kindness & assistance - I'm a happy customer because of your awesome staff :)

  I want to give a huge thank-you and some well-deserved recognition to the Lowe’s team who helped me with my recent purchase. I drove about an hour from Loveland specifically to get a lawn mower that was in stock at this location. When I arrived, Tami immediately got Michael and Chris over to help me. They quickly helped get the mower loaded onto a cart and brought it up front so I could check out. When Joanna rang me up, I was initially told that the BOGO battery that was supposed to come with my mower wasn’t available. Instead of just accepting that answer, Joanna went the extra mile. She kept looking through the system, and with Chris’s help, they physically checked the stock. They actually found the batteries! I was extremely grateful. After driving an hour to get this mower, it would have been really disappointing to leave without the batteries that were part of the deal. The fact that Joanna and Chris took the time to keep looking and make sure everything was right meant a lot to me. Tami, Michael, Chris, and Joanna all deserve positive recognition for their customer service. They were helpful, friendly, and willing to go above and beyond to take care of me. I came from an hour away, but your team made the drive completely worth it. Well done, Lowe’s! These are exactly the kind of employees who make customers want to come back.

  I purchased an oven and an over the range microwave from Lowe’s. The experience has been a nightmare. This week marks three weeks that I have been without an oven due to the MANY mistakes made by Lowe’s associates. Mistake number one contributed in large part to the other mistakes. The original sales associate entered the store phone number instead of my phone number for the sale. Though this was addressed many times, a correction was never made. I also purchased installation for both items and the morning that both were due to be installed, I called both installers. My doorbell doesn’t work and I can’t hear knocking when I’m in my home office in the basement so I asked that both installers call 15 minutes prior to arrival. The microwave installer did not get the message. He came, knocked, called (the wrong number of course), went to the store and found the right number (how he found it is still a mystery to me), called me, returned, and installed the microwave. I did not notice until he left that it was installed at an angle. The oven installer did get the message, called, arrived, and removed my old oven before realizing the new one was damaged. At that point, I was so overwhelmed that I didn’t stop him before he left with the new AND old oven. He did not offer to return the old oven before leaving. I did quickly receive a call to reschedule a new oven delivery. I asked to pause that because I was also disappointed with the depth of the microwave and hoped to return to Lowe’s to look for one that wasn’t as deep. The oven and microwave I’d purchased were a matching set. If I found a microwave that wasn’t as deep, I planned to exchange both items to maintain a matching set. However, when I returned to Lowe’s the following week, I found that all the microwaves were as deep and therefore decided not to make any changes. I spoke with a manger and asked for a new install date for the oven and a repair date for the microwave. I did not receive a call from the oven installer that week but was promptly called by the microwave installer with a new date. The following week, on installation day, I again called asking that the installer call me 15 minutes prior to arrival. I stressed the importance of this. The installer was not given the message and came and went without fixing the microwave installation issue. I called Lowe’s and spoke with a different manager. I asked that the microwave installer return that day and informed the manager that another week had gone by without contact from the oven installer. She said the microwave installer could not return that day. The best she could offer was to try to schedule two more installation dates. I told her I’d already missed two days of work and couldn’t afford one let alone two more. I was offered no solution but to cancel the oven—which I did. I still have not been contacted to reschedule repair of the microwave installation. I posted this review and received the response from Lowe’s below. I visited the website as asked and began a chat. The first rep disappeared partway through the chat. I waited 15 minutes for another rep and then gave up. Lowe’s has demonstrated zero interest in resolving these issues. I’ve called and spoken with several news stations and plan to file a small claims report. Under no circumstances should a consumer be treated this way.
