  Easily one of the best locations around. I’m in here a lot just browsing and taking photos of the plants, and the staff is consistently chill and welcoming. Honestly, it’s refreshing to shop at a major hardware store where you aren’t treated like a suspected thief the second you walk through the door. I was just in here at 9:30 at night, spending about 30 minutes just looking at the plants, and didn't feel pressured or looked at weird at all. Instead, I just got smiles and everyone was super cool. Even over at the self-checkout lanes, the team is always helpful—if you need to flag someone down or speak with them, they never give you an attitude. Just a great, comfortable environment. Highly recommend.

  I purchased a Kobalt tire inflater with pressure guage for $12.98. I didn't realize that the gauge didn't work until the after the 30-day return period passed. You get what you pay for, I guess, but it didn't work at all. When I stopped in, with receipt, hoping I could exchange it and purchase a $40 higher quality version of the same tool, I was surprised at how inflexible the return policy was, even with a receipt. I was told to go through the manufacturer. No one has time for that for such an inexpensive item. So, I purchased nothing and I never will purchase anything from this location ever again.

  Jared at the front was highly ineffective. Provided completely incorrect information on more than one occasion. If the proximity of this store was any further from harbor freight, there would be no reason at all to shop here. If harbor freight was better stocked, there Wouldn't be a reason either.

  Worst customer experience I've ever had. Do not, for any reason, spend your hard earned money at this store. Especially for big purchases. I spent thousands on blinds which were installed incorrectly, and this was acknowledged on day of install. For months and months and months we were constantly blown off, and gaslit into thinking they were doing something when they were doing nothing until we were past the return window to get our money back. Based on my experience, this location is not interested in hard work to serve their customers who spend thousands of hard earned, hard saved dollars at this store. They only want to take your money and give you the lazy run around until it's too late. Do NOT spend your money at this location.

  I wanted to thank Trevor (Front End Desk) for his help with our order the other night. He helped us get all the parts of our order together and make sure the delivery was set up correctly. Not my first time working with the great team there at Lowe’s in Westminster, but we wanted to single out Trevor for going out of his way to help and making sure we had what we needed. Very impressed! Everything was delivered on time and in good condition.
