I asked a young lady for help, she said red vest employees will help you we have the back pack blowers in the back. I said OK. I asked a red vest employee tall red hair dude with glasses. Horrible attitude cause I asked for a back pack blowers. If they are not there we don’t have them. Dude homegirl just said you had some in the back. Wasn’t even doing nothing but walking. That why I stay away from Lowe’s.

Went in to order 5 doors with hardware and Scott helped get exactly what we needed and even jumped through a ton of hoops to make sure we were able to maximize our savings. I recommend seeking Scott out if you are going to lowes for doors.

I wish I could give a negative five star rating. My wife and I went into the Westminster store today to buy a replacement door. I thought I would surprise her with a kitchen maker over. It's her sixteth birthday.
I told her to pick a color for the cabinets and the walls. She decided on a semi-gloss for the walls. The lady at the paint counter quoted $45.00 per gallon.
We get to the register line and waited twenty minutes in line. When we went to check out the paint rung at 58.00 per gallon. I told the clerk that was not correct. She told me to go and take a picture of the price.
I told her that she should go a take a picture. With a rude attitude " that is not my job "
I told her to call a manager. As my wife went to the paint counteract took a picture of the price.
Taylor the manager on duty came to check out line and said he would not match the quoted price.
We had $500.00 in our basket.....paying with our Lowe's credit card. %26.00 interest.
$39.00 difference!

Asked a woman to get a case unlocked in the power tools section, was told to wait and was just dismissed. I proceeded to wait for 20 minutes before asking another employee who said he would get some one over there. After another 10-15 minutes I was fed up and just left. Worst service I’ve ever encountered, spent nearly $600 with Lowe’s today to give it a shot and will undoubtedly be going back to Home Depot in the future, incompetence or lack of care I’m not sure but don’t waste your time here like I did
