It was nice to see a company who still uses humans to interact with customers and also a company who still accepts cash. Not everyone is on board with AI and QR codes. The unit is nice a cleaned out. I do appreciate the professionalism also. Great experience.

I needed a storage unit last second and had been calling around to multiple places getting the run around or no answers at all. I set up a reservation here and within minutes Arnold called me to finish up any details, answered any and all of our questions and we had our storage unit within 10 minutes of showing up to the office. If you come here and get Arnold know that you’ll be in the best care. He’s fast, friendly and attentive to stressed out customers like myself. I highly recommend this storage facility all because of him.
