I’ve been buying from AFW exclusively since 2023, both in store and online. In store sales personnel are stellar! So accommodating that it made my day! Delivery personnel are exceptional making every experience a pleasure. I’m moving soon and am so relieved that AFW is in Colorado as well. Their furniture is high quality, beautiful and there’s so much to choose from that, no matter your design taste, you’ll be pleased.

Had a delivery today and was told that they do not install furniture. Everything was left the way it is in the picture and we had to install everything ourselves. Mind you delivery is 5% of the subtotal and was told at the store that install will be done. Called customer service but didn’t get any different results, said that the paper they made us sign for delivery was to drop off only. They fooled us and I’m disappointed because we have always ordered furniture from here and have always installed. Not happy at all!!

This was my first time buying furniture for my new place, i came in nervous not knowing what to except or where even to begin, and i just want to thank Ms Holly, omg did she make the experience so easy and even exciting, she helped me with an application with so much patience, and during checkout she explained everything so well, went thru all the future steps with me and made sure i understood everything. And not to mention all the beautiful pieces they have in their showrooms, and best yet, everything is in stock!! AFW and Ms Holly the realest 🙌🏽💫💯

The sales people are great, no pressure and nice. The merchandise loaders don’t know how to do their job correctly. I usually like to do everything myself but I figure I got a lot of stuff and these guys do it all day every day.. should be good enough. No. I told them maybe some towels under the tie wraps they used and they said no it’s okay.. well it sliced through the boxes.. and the tethering was loose and I had to re secure it all right down the street before hopping on highway. The boxes clearly say “this end up” but they landed to literally load everything either upside or sideways.

After all this, we had to continuously call AFW to get an answer on our delivery. They told us when we bought the items that if there was a discrepancy between items arriving, they would be a second delivery free of charge. The lady on the phone got nasty with my wife “oh so you expect us to do TWO deliveries to you?” after my wife asked if we could have the items that ARRIVED A WEEK AGO but she told us “they didn’t want to deliver in multiple loads so they were going to just deliver it in AUGUST (it arrived at the warehouse the week of 6/30)”. They also didn’t tell us that the items that would be delivered tomorrow 7/7 are actually back ordered until mid August.
We also had our order cancelled because the transaction “looked suspicious”. We were told to come in with our credit card and would have to place the order in person. After coming in to the stores placing the order again in person, and wasting an hour of drive time and waiting on the sales person, they told us they actually can’t process this second order because ordering it a second time makes it look MORE suspicious. Are you actually serious that your employees called us in to the store and then told us we actually can’t have our order processed?
I would like to formally invite literally ANYBODY working at AFW for get a clue about what’s going on. This is insane. Why is is so flipping hard to give a company $3000????? Unbelievable.
