I visited Store 32 in Thornton, Colorado, and was met and assisted by Holly. She was absolutely amazing. Asked all the right questions, was extremely personable, and suggested a different recliner than what I had in mind, and it turned out to be the perfect one! She is a furniture wizard.
I bought the recliner, came home, had my big truck pick it up, and realized I needed a new end table. I asked for Holly, and once again she went above and beyond.
I will come back here just for her amazing and sweet personality. Dolly Fans of the world unite!

The showroom team of Gary and Aaron (AA Ron) took great care of us, as we had a long list of things we needed for our new home. They provided suggestions and ideas and asked good questions to ensure we were getting exactly what we wanted. The delivery team followed up days later a few minutes ahead of schedule, took great care unloading and setting everything up, and finished in record time. We definitely will be back for more!

I’ve purchased things from AFW since 2007 , yesterday my experience was bad. Girlfriend and I have been looking for new furniture, had financing and had picked out a living room set. She happens to work near this store, we live near the Englewood store and had almost purchased one there. Decided to look one more time , meet her after work, walk the store and choose a new set and another couch/bed combo for guest room. Dina offered to help, we told her we had already done paperwork over at the other store etc…. She then proceeded to say that doesn’t matter, make me do it over and then go up front and have them scan my ID( I asked about this, she just said you just have to do it) I’ve had Identity Theft before and voiced this , she rolls her eyes at me and would not give me an explanation. Girlfriend got me to relax, we go over to the computer, she then tells us we can’t get it delivered to our new address, we just moved and we’re told by AFW to apply with our old address due to just moving. Dina told me that it doesn’t matter, her attitude is not what I expected from AFW. The fact she just blew off someone who voiced concern and wanted an explanation is horrible customer service.
I will never be back to this store again. I was going to even pick up the order , her lack of concern and attitude is very off putting.

My boyfriend and I went to AFW earlier today as we were shopping for some now furniture for our new home! We were then met by Isaac! Isaac was very friendly, knowledgeable and patient with us! Isaac helped us have a vision for our living room and from then we knew Isaac had our best interest in mind! Idk if reviews give these associates raises but he sure should get one or a promotion! Thank you so much Isaac for all your help! Because of you we got some beautiful furniture and I can’t wait to see what the new home will look like with these pieces in them! Awesome guy!
