After 5 minutes of looking around a guy comes out and asked what we needed and I said I need a new cover for my spa. I wanted to find out about weather shield. He asked for what and I said it’s a calspa. We don’t carry stuff for those. I said I’m just looking for a cover. His snappy response was well you need the size and corner circumference. I repot with 93” and 8” corners. Then he said well you need to know buckle placement and skirt length. I told him I don’t need either cause it’s in a built in deck. He snapped back with those don’t come any other way. I told him not from what I say on the internet. Well, that’s the internet. I’ve never met a salesman who didn’t want to sell something, even after my wife said we were also considering a new spa. All I can say is I won’t be back.
