Why give options online to get delivery scheduled to a town an hour away from Pueblo? I get a phone call early morning of scheduled delivery day to inform me that “we do not deliver to your town, can you come pick it up?”

I’ve been calling for the past hour and a half just get a washer and dryer and talking to an AI finally got somebody sent me to that department and she put me on hold for the past other half an hour. I don’t know why the one business it’s just an easy couple thousand dollars for a washer and dryer can’t believe it. I’m still trying to get through to a human being. There’s a woman who would answer the phone he got me charged the woman department. I said take me off speaker. I got put on the phone for another half an hour. I just wanna buy a washer and dryer that’s all, but they prefer to use the AI, which keeps shoving you to nobody This location I’ve tried the other location
