I bought a refrigerator at South Pueblo Lowe's and paid for delivery. The refrigerator arrived on time and the workers were very professional and polite and friendly. I used to shop at Home Depot but their workers that do installation were rude and damaged my kitchen floor when I bought a range. I highly recommend South Side Lowe's, the workers were fast and did not do any damage to my home!

Too make a long story short, the Lowe’s rewards program is crap!!! I spent $2600 on a door that was ordered over the phone with a Lowe’s representative, after having them come out and measure our door. After numerous phone calls, stops at the store and calls to the rewards line, I cannot get the rewards points from the purchase added to my account. I have a receipt, installation contract and card statements showing the purchase, since the Lowe’s rep that ordered the door as a “guest” it can’t be added to my account!! The rep never asked for my account information when ordering the door. After all the nonsense of trying to get the points applied, I’ll just go to Home Depot from now on for any other home improvement purchases!!!

Sold as New, Arrived Without Original Box
I purchased this Mammotion Yuka Mini RTK mower online from Lowe's, and when it arrived it was not in its original manufacturer's box. It appeared that the original packaging had been opened and replaced, which is unacceptable for such an expensive item.
I immediately opened a case with Lowe's, but no one ever followed up with me. After spending 28 minutes on the phone with customer service today, they still refused to offer any discount or compensation for receiving what appeared to be an opened product.
Their only solution was for me to physically return it to the store, even though I purchased it online. After paying this much for a premium product, I expected much better customer service and a more reasonable resolution.
Buyer beware: If you're ordering expensive items from Lowe's online, don't assume they'll arrive in their original factory packaging, and don't expect much help if there's a problem.

If I can give this Lowe’s, no stars I would it’s 6 o’clock in the morning 6:30 in the morning. I’m young Woman in my 30s and I’m mixed. I’m black-and-white and I go to purchase flooring And all the employees Are staring at me like I’m not supposed to be there, They even go outside to watch me put stuff in my car and they watched me put money in the machine to pay for my itemsI didn’t know you have to be old and white to shop at Lowe’s at 6 o’clock in the morning. I feel like the store is racist and I will never ever stop at the store ever again. I will start going to the one on the south side or the one in Colorado Springs because I feel more welcome there than this one. They’re lucky I need the flooring because I would’ve returned it.

They close at 9:00 pm, and I arrived at 8:45 pm. There were several employees standing near the checkout area, staring at me while I stopped to look at the dog toys, and I felt very unwelcome. I initially went to the store to look for paper lawn bags and asked an employee for help. He acted irritated and told me they didn't carry anything like that. I told him my daughter buys them there all the time. He looked it up on his Lowes device & I pointed them out & said "They're right there" to which he replied very rudely, "As you can see they're marked as a clearance item and we're out of stock!". How am I supposed to know that? So I asked where the other yard bags would be and he said on aisle 5. As I headed that way, another employee gave me a rude look and sharply asked, "Can I help you?", I replied, "No, I don't need help. I'm helping myself." At checkout, the cashier continued to give me unfriendly looks. As I was leaving, I said, "This is the rudest store I've ever been in." She then asked, "Is there a problem?" but by that point, the damage was done. I told her, "It's a little late to be nice now." I will never shop at this location again. Customer service and basic courtesy were completely lacking. I understand it was close to closing time but I was out of there by 8:56 pm. Your loss, not mine!

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase.
