This is more about their third party delivery people. Bought a refrigerator that fit our dimensions. Delivery team showed up - dismantled our current broken refrigerator and then proceeded to tell us they couldn’t get it through our kitchen entryway. (It was installed in 2016 with the current entryways!) They left a partially dismantled appliance in our kitchen. They wanted to leave our new fridge in our garage. UMMMM - no! We told them to take it back. We went into the store that afternoon and a manager assured us it would be taken care of. Delivery company contacted us later and said they would not take the old fridge. We went into the store the next morning to cancel everything. They were unable to process a cancellation and the system still showed the new refrigerator in delivery. We did not authorize any other delivery! Management got involved again - but informed us that it would take a day or two. I will say the refund showed up on my credit card late this afternoon.
We went up the street and made a refrigerator purchase from Home Depot. No issues. Delivery in two days. This afternoon a friend and my hubby moved the old refrigerator out of our kitchen NO PROBLEM. No damage. Not sure what the delivery people’s issue was — but because of all the issues, we will NEVER use Lowes again.
EDITED 5/7: Hubby actually moved old fridge into the dining room and caused NO DAMAGE to anything. The Home Depot third-party delivery team arrived this afternoon, moved old fridge out of the house and installed new refrigerator without issue. The third party delivery company Lowes uses - and other issues - has caused Lowes to lose a customer. As a side note - the refund was pushed through to my credit card. Guess we had to be adamant they do it.

Terrible experience buying a GE dryer from these people. They delivered and installed a dryer. They never tested to make sure it worked after installation. It did not work. I believe it was damaged before installation, but do not know for sure. In any case, it did not work from the start. (I wasn't home during the installation.) They took my old dryer as part of the installation package. I called immediately when I tried to run the first load. Customer service had the delivery people call me (whoever that is with Lowes.) After making me run through all the troubleshooting steps (which I had already done on my own), they decided that it was indeed a malfunctioning dryer. The idiot on the phone then tried to inform me that I was not within the "48-hour" time (first I heard of that) and that I would need to call GE on Monday morning. Even though I had not heard of the 48-hour immediate response thing, I was well within 48 hours of the dryer being delivered. After talking to 3 different Lowes representatives and proving I was indeed within 48 hours of delivery they agreed to replace the dryer. - In 2 weeks. As supposedly everything has to come out of the warehouse in Denver no matter what store you order it from. So, NOW I HAVE NO DRYER FOR 2 WEEKS, and I have been put through the wringer by Lowes customer no-service. I will NEVER order another appliance from Lowes!

I had one of the worst retail experiences I’ve ever had at Lowe’s Home Improvement while picking up a special order of cabinets.
Per the email instructions, I checked in at the front customer service desk. The associate (Lance) told me he was leaving in 20 minutes, said he had called the back, and instructed me to drive around to the lumber area where they would load me.
When I arrived in lumber, there were multiple employees standing together talking while I stood there clearly waiting for help. I approached one associate who told me she was getting off and couldn’t assist. Another employee told me customer service was supposed to handle it and that I had essentially been passed off.
I then walked all the way back to the front of the store. Lance was leaving, and when I explained the situation, he said he was off and didn’t care what happened. He refused to help further and walked away when I asked for a manager.
After searching the store, I finally located a manager who went back to lumber with me. Even in front of management, the attitude from the staff was unacceptable. During the process, the manager discovered that two of my cabinets were missing from the order and an employee actually laughed about it.
From start to finish, this pickup took nearly three hours.
This wasn’t a simple mistake. This was a complete breakdown in communication, accountability, and basic customer service. Employees openly dismissed responsibility, showed no urgency, and displayed a lack of respect even in front of management.
Lowe’s is generally known for strong customer service. This location is the opposite. Leadership at this store should be very concerned about the culture and lack of control on the floor.

We had bought some "Quick Step" laminate plank flooring and the manufacturer (Mohawk) refused to honor their warranty, after 8 months of back & forth with the manufacturer they approved the warranty claim but would hang up when they were called about how to obtain the replacement flooring. They have still not responded.
However Lowes in particular Cody, Brad & Chris who have provided exemplary service these last few months have continued to go above and beyond for my family. Thank you so much! I recommend the N. Side pueblo lowes to everyone.

I would like to give a big kudos to an employee at the Lowes on us highway 50 in Pueblo Colo. His name is Dio and is a young man in his 20's. He offered help in the cupboards and also to help load onto carts and load our trailer. Very happy super attitude and shook my sons hand and said thanks for shopping and came and shook my hand (mother). Lowes is really lucky to have him as an employee. Thank you Dio.

These charges are likely authorization holds that are placed throughout the life cycle of your order to ensure the funds are reserved for your purchase. As items from your order ship, your payment is charged and the authorization is no longer held by Lowe’s.
