Fun to browse (longer than expected) there after it has been a while since the last time! Helpful feedback: Please watch and open a new check-out counter before the line gets too long, and someone has to say something to open another line. Being proactive is providing great customer service! Thanks!
- MBM BJun 23, 20261.0Used to really like this store but lost all respect for this company and location.. last time I was there was trying to pay for my goods and apparently they don’t have tap to pay.. sat my phone down on counter and being upset in the moment walked out forgetting my phone on the counter.. one the employees or manager steal my phone.. then lies it wasn’t there even tho it was being tracked thru apple and showed was still in the store.. manager cussed made a huge scene when confronted about the issue and doubled down lying to police also.. such a shady bunch of ppl there.. will never support hobby lobby after this.. or recommend it to friends or family either..
