  Came in last week looking for a sectional that could fit into my awkward shaped living room, Shana in the Pueblo location was SO helpful and patient when helping us look for a couch and really knew her stuff and we ended up finding the perfect fit! will definitely be back again !!

  Not only did they have to best selection and prices, the customer service is absolutely UN MATCHED. Joseph Sandoval at the Pueblo Store is AMAZING! We purchased our first home and went to American for a new mattress, living room couches and rug. Joe was so helpful, kind, and knowledgeable from the second we walked in! We showed him pictures of our living and he helped us vision some of the pieces in our home while still letting us make the decision without pressure. We went to look at the rugs and he took the back off the chair of the living room set we chose so we could find a carpet that would match our chair and look best! We ended up going back a couple months later to get a rocking chair and went straight to Joe! We will forever take our business to American furniture and Joe! Absolutely wonderful experience!!

  Great prices and selection and awesome service. I had compared recliners in several Stores and AWF had by far the best prices. Delivery to my home was a must and since I am in a bit of a remote location with stairs their delivery fee was also very fair and worth it. Follow up: It turned out that my selection wasn’t what I truly wanted. I returned to the store and Martin, who was my original salesman, was extremely patient and helpful and after I had looked for a while, he pointed me to one which is perfect for me. I did have to pay another delivery fee and a restocking fee, but felt it was fair and easy to do.

  The last few times we ordered from AFW has been awesome. Awesome customer service. Recently we purchased a desk, some bookshelves, a new dining room set, and a TV stand. The desk and bookshelves were on back order, but they could deliver everything else. We were charged two separate delivery fees even if they were purchased at the same time, just because the items were on back order. The dining room set for the salesperson accidentally added in a second table which they took back all fine. I called customer service help desk just to make sure there was no restock fees added. They had said that they would make a note just to make sure. Talking to the customer service guy. He said that our table was in but just waiting there and asked if we wanted it sooner. I said yes. Would there be extra fees? He said no it's all wrapped up under the same delivery fee. Got a call from the salesman saying that they wanted to have it delivered to the store and us to come pick it up. If we didn't want to have the fee added for a third time. I said that's not what the customer service guy said when I called in. They did clear it up but just really confusing. I don't think I should have been charged a second delivery fee for all the items. You're not talking $10 $20 for delivery. Again, everybody has been nice. Just really confusing.

  Cassie was very helpful in our search for a new sofa. She took the time to show us all the sofas that we were interested in and was very helpful in answering our questions. The delivery guys were very careful with our new sofa and offered a courteous service. Love our new sofa.
