    Still no joy. Over 6 weeks past the dishwasher first leaking. Had to threaten litigation to even get a call back back. They are still stalling. Assurant, Inc. is the partner that handles protection plans, extended warranties and support services for Lowe's Companies, Inc. they are deep in the middle of this. Lowes Store #0397 Major Dishwasher Install Problem & Lack of Warranty Service Lowe's Companies, Inc. As of this date and time the problem has not been addressed,  To my or my wife's satisfaction. -An extended warranty on an appliance is insurance, if there is a problem it should be repaired or replaced within the warranty period. Timeline: -Bosch Dishwasher leaked after about 4 years, still fully under 5 year warranty. -Appliance Repair Person could not remove dishwasher said it was our problem to remove it. We had originally paid to have Lowe's own installers do the install. -An email back to us from Lowes said our dishwasher was "Improperly installed". -Attempt to return Dishwasher was declined even though improper installation from day one. -So far we had to order a new dishwasher with install cost and a new warranty. -$1200.00 Bill for dishwasher removal after floor demolition and floor repair on ceramic tile. -I will not go into other damage issues here. -Ted Aschenbrenner Manassas Virginia 20109 Keywords Below are appliances products names or contractor terms etc. that could be relevant in doing due diligence on purchasing.     HORRIBLE! Customer service! All they do is stand around socializing and then they say someone will be right with you. We had the girl call the garden center to come up and answer a question, after she told him on the radio to take his time. He never showed after 15 minutes. Bunch of kids working there collecting a paycheck. Customer service is non existent in that store.

    On my recent visit (5/12/26) to Lowe’s garden center I received OUTSTANDING customer service from JOHN. He was very informative and EXTREMELY HELPFUL. I needed help moving and loading some rather heavy stones and he did all the heavy lifting for me. I was extremely GRATEFUL for his help and kindness!!! He provided 5++++++ service! Thank you John!!!!

    Lowe’s does not standby their online orders even if recalled Janine the store manager said that they can’t do anything for me with the order. I placed other than to cancel it and it was unwilling to make it right. She said that they less products for recalls online for sale, which I know can’t be true as a corporation, right why would you list stuff for sale that’s under a recall, and then they magically only know that it’s recalled after you place an order I think they’re just trying to escape my order and not honor manager. Janine was zero help……….

    Nothing short of an amazing experience here. I wish I could remember everyone’s name that helped us out but I’m terrible with name. The ones I do remember are Jay (female), John, and Steven, they all were so kind and John was extremely helpful. Additionally, there were two young men who helped us load over 1000 lbs of fence equipment and concrete yesterday, you are all fantastic - thank you!! And to everyone else that asked if I was finding everything okay or greeted me with a smile, we need more people like you all in customer service! I will always choose Lowe’s over another home improvement store from here on out. The quality of service along with the quality of supplies and their prices can’t beat another place. I have encountered people at other companies who are unkind or unprofessional, and especially unwilling to help because they are “almost off their shift”. I have never had that experience here. Whoever is the manger here knows how to train employees to be kind and take care of their customers. Thank you to the whole team!
