  We appreciated Moore Connections’ communication and responsiveness during our project. They installed a ducted mini-split system, and they were willing to return and address items that needed adjustment. The project did take significantly longer than anticipated, and some rough-in work required corrections, but they ultimately stood behind their work and completed the job. We would encourage continued improvement in scheduling and quality control.

  After talking to several other HVAC companies serving the Roaring Fork valley, I was immediately impressed with Moore Connections. Tanner is a great guy and wonderful to work with. Their bid for a mini-split system was very competitive and included the necessary electrical…no need to separately go looking for an electrician. The electrician they used was super experienced at a very reasonable rate. There were a few issues that came up during installation that were outside of their control. Although these necessitated additional drive time and days on the job, there were no additional charges and Moore Connections worked through the issues and were professional throughout. I am super impressed with Tanner and would recommend them to anyone needing HVAC services in the Roaring Fork valley.

  Tanner did an amazing job fixing our roof. We appreciate that he kept up on the work to make sure it was done.
