I can't remember a time I have been in this store with someone willing to help me. Bought a house two years ago and it has always been the same service every time i come here....
I am currently standing outside by the propane waiting for an exchange for 20 minutes now. I have gone in and asked customer service to twice to have someone exchange my tanks.

I had a very disappointing experience with Marcus at the Pro Desk. I asked if my 4x4 could be cut so it would fit into my vehicle. Marcus immediately told me there was no way to do it and made no effort to help beyond that.
What frustrated me most wasn’t necessarily the answer—it was the complete lack of customer service. As a customer, I expect a Pro Desk associate to go above and beyond by looking for a solution, checking with a manager, or asking another associate if there were any options available. Instead, the conversation ended with a simple “no,” and there was no attempt to assist or explore alternatives.
Customer service is about making an effort, even if the final answer is still no. Unfortunately, there was no effort made, and it left me feeling like my business didn’t matter. This was one of the poorest customer service experiences I’ve had.

Since I need a tire check for my trailer, I don’t see why I have to set an appointment with a trailer specialist to get a wheel check. If it was for my car, I wouldn’t need to set an appointment. Home Depot sells them without needing to talk to a trailer specialist.
