  I’ve had several good experiences at this store, but I would not advise considering their return pickups of delivered orders a legitimate policy. They’ve missed 3 pickup attempts now and my funds are still tied up and won’t be returned until 3-10 business days after they pickup the items. I’ve scheduled 4th pickup attempt and have completely lost my willingness to continue working with this location after rearranging my calendar multiple times to be left high and dry. At this point I’m about to rent a truck from a competitor just to return this unneeded merchandise. So frustrating.

  This Lowe’s has been absolutely awful to work with when it comes to installations. I do want to say that the manager I’ve dealt with has been extremely kind and helpful throughout this process, and I genuinely appreciate his efforts. Unfortunately, the issues seem to go far beyond what one manager can fix. My mom and I started the process of purchasing a screen door for our home and paying for professional installation on 4/26/2026. While we were in the store, we waited close to an hour for assistance. We pressed the assistance buttons multiple times with no luck, and when two employees finally came to help us, they didn’t seem very knowledgeable about the process. The door was supposed to have about a one-week wait. When the installer finally came out, he discovered that the screen portion of the door was broken and had to take the door back. We were then scheduled for installation on 6/8/2026. Nobody showed up. I called the store and was told that they had only ordered the screen portion of the door, not the actual door. After a lot of back-and-forth and confirming that, yes, I still did not have a door installed at all, they finally ordered the actual door. We were leaving for vacation and specifically needed the door installed before we left. Unfortunately, that didn’t happen either. The door was eventually installed on 6/24/2026 while we were gone. When we returned home, we discovered that the sweep on the screen door was broken. I contacted Lowe’s again, sent pictures, and waited to hear back about scheduling. We were eventually scheduled for 7/10/2026, but nobody showed up because they didn’t have the necessary part. I called again and spoke with the manager. At that point, we were honestly willing to just fix it ourselves and move on, but because we had already paid for installation, he assured us that Lowe’s would fix it at no additional cost and got us rescheduled. The next appointment was 8/12/2026. Once again, nobody showed up or notified me because the installer apparently did not have the part in the pickup area. When I called, I was told that I was supposed to pick up the part myself. I explained that this was a paid installation and that I was not supposed to be responsible for picking up installation parts. After more confusion, I spoke with the manager again, and he was able to get everything sorted out and scheduled another appointment for 9/9/2026. Today, I was contacted by Lowe’s and told that they will be calling me on 9/17/2026 to schedule yet another appointment because THEY ORDERED THE WRONG PART. At this point, it honestly feels like a cosmic joke. We have been dealing with this for 4 1/2 months over one screen door installation. We have spent countless hours making phone calls, waiting for appointments, rearranging plans, and trying to get something fixed that should have been handled correctly the first time. There has been no price adjustment, compensation, or meaningful resolution for all of the time and inconvenience this has caused. Again, I want to emphasize that the manager has been kind and has genuinely tried to help whenever I’ve reached him. My issue is with the overall lack of communication, organization, and follow-through. I would absolutely not recommend using this Lowe’s for installation services. Save yourself the headache and use the Greeley location instead.

  A young man by the name of Ian Working in the Garden center went above and beyond to help me with information about my project helping me load all of my supplies. He was very personable. you don’t find customer service like this anymore and I can’t tell you how much I appreciate his help.

  This store is severely understaffed. I walked around looking for help in Electrical and nearby areas and could find no help. Finally went to the front and ask them to send someone to back. Took a very long time for anyone to show up. This has happened multiple times over the years that I’ve shopped here. I can’t tell you how much of my time I’ve wasted waiting for someone to unlock certain products, get products down from upper shelves etc. I would not come here unless you don’t need any assistance. Home Depot just down the street is way better staffed and knowledgeable.
