She helped us with our mom's storage units so we had access due to mom having alzheimers. She even gave up her office chair so mom could sit down while we figured the whole thing out. She never made us feel rushed, she took her time with us so everything was right. She even cut the locks on the units for us since my mom lost her keys. Thank you Kris! You made a very difficult situation so much better!!! 😊

We paid for a year’s lease on 2 units. Fast forward to today and our year is almost up. So, we have continued our lease for another 6 months. I spoke to David who kindly helped me through the process of securing and paying for another 6 months for both units. We greatly appreciate the convenience of accessing our units and working with a pleasant staff.
