David was absolutely wonderful to work with! From the beginning, he was incredibly personable, helpful, and genuinely cared about making sure I had a great experience. When I realized the wrong unit had been reserved for me, David was prompt and passionate about getting the situation corrected. He worked to get everything fixed, and even went above and beyond by getting me a credit for the inconvenience.
What stood out most was how personable and genuine he was. He’s one of those people who makes you feel like you’ve known him for years, even after just meeting him. He was friendly, easy to talk to, memorable, and made what could have been a frustrating situation so much easier.
Customer service like this is hard to come by. David truly made a lasting impression, and I really appreciate the effort and care he put into helping me. I would absolutely recommend working with him!

Was threatened to be evicted by David even only after being a day late in payment ,even though iv payed the other 3 months with no issues. I feel that I’m being pushed out will be looking for another storage brand

David was super friendly and seems to care about what goes on in the storage lot which is reassuring. As a first time storage renter the process was super easy and was given a through run down of how everything works. Shown in easy steps when where & how to access the lot and storage unit its self. So far would recommend this lot to others in the future.
