  I purchased countertops and instillation from this store. Initially everything went great but found out that product was no longer available. I ordered a different product, cheaper, was being charged more for it and the current 25% discount was not allowed because it wasn't on discount when they had me order something that wasn't available. Had to cancel the order when I was being passed around to 3 different parts of Lowes and no one was able to explain and fix my bill. Unfortunately, continuing with the bad report that after I canceled my project with Lowes, they will not call me back to answer questions (conveniently there is no direct number for billing problems) and they have not cancelled my billing via Lowes CC/ Snycrony. I'm about 6 calls deep into this with no resolution. This is bad customer service at best, possible fraud.

  Lowe’s has engaged in deceptive practices related to my recent purchase of a refrigerator and ice maker. I completed the online purchase on a Friday and do so mainly because the delivery date was Sunday. My mom’s fridge had stopped working and needed a replacement quickly. I wish I had never, ever ordered from Lowe’s. Delivering didn’t happen on the first date due to “system error”, rescheduled for Tuesday. They showed up without the ice maker. There were multiple failures from there. Due to scratches on the inside of the fridge, a replacement and ice maker were now due to arrive late on Wednesday. The delivery people never showed up even though they were seen at my property on their online tracker. There was no communication ahead of their arrival. Calling the delivery number was unsuccessful; was on hold for 1:15 minutes starting from 16 in their hold queue. The call was answered and was disconnected immediately and never spoke to anyone. Called back and I was 18 in the queue. The delivery drivers made notes they circled the property but could not find the address. Delivery driver unable to find an address? What? Was rescheduled for a third time on Saturday with replacement fridge and the ice maker. This was third scheduling. The delivery person was aware of my situation and was defensive, rude, and impatient. He said the ice maker could not be installed because the water line was leaking. There was no leak and this was confirmed by my maintenance person who came to install the ice maker that afternoon. The ice maker came in a sealed box and was missing a part - a fill cup and so now I’m waiting for a new unit from Lowe’s. I called GE and they said that they don’t carry the part. This entire experience has been an absolute nightmare. PLEASE take my advice and avoid purchasing appliances for delivery from Lowe’s. If you do, know that their delivery drivers are contracted by Lowe’s and they we’re 100% responsible for all of my issues. LOWES is responsible for their performance and they are still working to make it right.

  I had an amazing experience last week with an employee named Jen. They were so helpful. They came over to the plumbing aisle just to help me find what I needed and pointed me in the right direction. I also have to comment on how brave they are to be doing what they are doing and living their life they way they want to. The fact that they don't care what other people think about them at all, is very commendable. They deserve praise for their fearlessness in the face of adversity. Thank you so much for showing Lowe's shoppers how we can all live together peacefully, despite our diversities and differences.

  Terrible customer service from start to finish. My refrigerator died Tuesday morning, so I went to Lowe’s immediately to purchase a replacement. My one requirement was simple: I needed a refrigerator that could be delivered the next day. At the store, I waited an excessive amount of time for someone to help me. The employee who was already assisting other customers paged multiple times for another associate, but no one ever came. Eventually, he helped us himself. We specifically confirmed that the refrigerator we purchased was available for next-day delivery, and I even paid an additional $30 delivery fee to make that happen. I later received confirmation from the warehouse that my refrigerator would be delivered between 8:30 a.m. and 12:30 p.m. The delivery never arrived. Instead, Lowe’s eventually contacted me to explain that they had sold me a refrigerator they did not actually have. So after wasting an entire day expecting a delivery that was never coming, I had to start the entire process over again. Trying to call the store only made the experience worse. I spent approximately 30 minutes trying to reach a human being. The automated phone system was completely inadequate for resolving the issue, and getting an actual employee to answer the phone was nearly impossible. This is exactly the problem with many big-box retailers today: they are very good at taking your money, but remarkably poor at actually serving the customer once the transaction is made. Lowe’s sold me a product they didn’t have, charged me for expedited delivery they couldn’t provide, gave me a confirmed delivery window, and then failed to deliver anything at all. That is not a minor inconvenience. That is a complete failure of inventory management, communication, and customer service. The fridge was availalbe on website yesterday, today no more. Now I have to wait three more days due to their incompetence.
