  Reece was very nice to work with and understood what I wanted. I wound up with the “Shiloh” sofa and ottoman. Very happy with my decision, can not wait for it to get to my house.

  Sydney did a fantastic job. She has a great eye for design and what would go great together. The colors she helped me choose were perfect. She answered all my questions and was timely in putting together the quotes. I would totally recommend Sydney to others.

  I was visiting my brother in Colorado. He was put on hospice due to heart issues. He was sent home the day i arrived. He has difficulty getting around, can't lay flat, and had no comfortable seating for his 6'3" 280 pound frame. Fortunately, I had some extra money and told him I would find him a recliner. I found one that was a great fit! The sales person was about the same height as my brother so was able to help me find one that would be comfortable. It was a bit more expensive than I had hoped for, but was given a good discount. I got it and was able to get it in my suv to get it to him that day. He sat in it and was delighted when he tried out all of the features. When he put it in zero gravity mode he was thrilled with how well it fit him and how comfortable it is. He often times sleeps in it. It has been 2-3 months since he got it and we speak frequently. Every conversation includes how grateful he is that I got that recliner for him and how comfortable it is. It is helping him to get more sleep, which he really needs. I can't tell you how much the sales person and store in Longmont is appreciated!! Thank you!!

  I had an excellent experience. I was greeted by Sue in the new Longmont’s store who read my desire to look before I wanted to engage. She was knowledgeable and helpful but always giving me enough space which I appreciated. 1 hour later, and unexpectedly, I selected a couch and recliner. Madison, Lazy Boys onsite decorator came to my home with my chosen samples, and we made decisions. We both love color and an eclectic feel, we made choices based on both. At all times I felt understood and not oversold. With every major purchase, the purchase experience is important to me. I gauged my experience based on both Sue’s and Madison’s interactions with me. Based on their relaxed nature, I asked how Lazy Boy was as an employer. They had such positive responses, that it was the icing on the cake and I am 100% satisfied!
