  We knew what mattress we wanted when we went in. The sales person wanted us to try out a couple of others for comparison. They were all very good mattresses but we liked the one we went in for. He was very helpful and took our order. He gave us a delivery date. He was a great person and the assistance he gave us was great. We're very happy with our choice.

  I can’t say enough good things about the customer service at Denver Mattress. I recently purchased a $5,500 mattress from them, and just a few hours after it was delivered, I had a bedroom set delivered by American Furniture Warehouse. During that delivery, their team moved my brand-new mattress and scraped it against the wall, leaving a large gash in the bottom. American Furniture Warehouse offered me $140 for the damage. I explained that this was a brand-new $5,500 mattress and that $140 was nowhere near reasonable for damage their delivery team caused. I was told there was nothing else they could do. I decided to contact Denver Mattress and explain what had happened, even though they weren’t responsible for the damage at all. That’s when Conner stepped in. Conner went above and beyond and offered to fully replace the mattress. Denver Mattress had absolutely no obligation to fix a problem caused by another company, yet they chose to take care of their customer anyway. That is what superior customer service looks like. It’s easy for a company to stand behind a product when something is their fault, but it says a lot about a company when they step up even when it isn’t. Huge thank you to Conner and Denver Mattress for taking care of me. You’ve earned a loyal customer, and I’ll absolutely recommend Denver Mattress to anyone looking for a mattress and a company that truly stands behind its customers.

  Connor at the Longmont location was awesome to work with. My fiance and I were shopping for a mattress when we move in together and Connor was really helpful. He answered probably 100 questions throughout my decision-making process. I came back twice to keep asking questions and I'm glad I did. Connor could teach a master class on sleep comfort and mattress product knowledge. Said and done we decided on a Denver mattress brand doctor's choice. Connor gets an A+ from Zach and Kendra!
