I would leave zero stars. Total bait and switch operation. The sales lady sold an amazing, reliable, consistent service with dog safe products and even included ticks in the sales pitch. After their initial service (they didn’t even come inside), we had ants, spiders etc. we called them to come back and re-spray, they no-showed one appointment, we had to call them to get it rescheduled, they then sent an email rescheduling it again the day before. When we called to try and cancel, they hit us with the $200 cancellation fee. We will not be paying a dime for services we never received. We were far better off with EcoShield. Great sales team, awful service. Do yourself a favor and go elsewhere.

Kyle was very friendly, professional and receptive to all the things I pointed out concerning our spiders. He even offered to do inside our garage and changed out our sticky traps. Very satisfied with his service today.

The young man who provided our service today was very courteous and knowledgeable. He asked us if we had any special requests. We ask him to do our basement inside our home and our garage in addition to the lawn and all around the house and eaves, etc. My husband also asked him to spray our shrubs because they had spider webs. He started with the inside and then the garage. Finally, he did the usual pest control around our house, shrubs, and lawn. He reported to us all he completed. We were very happy with our service today.

Unprofessional, Unsafe, and Trespassing
Avoid this company at all costs. A sales representative on an electric scooter came to my home today and exhibited completely unacceptable, unprofessional behavior:
Trespassing & Property Misuse: She walked into restricted areas of my yard where no salesperson should be and used our personal household trash cans without permission.
Reckless Driving: She rode her scooter up our private driveway—well off the street—and nearly crashed into our parked vehicles.
Aggressive Tactics: She repeatedly and loudly banged on my front door, disrupting an important business meeting.
This goes way beyond normal door-to-door sales. It showed a complete lack of respect for private property, basic safety, and personal boundaries. I would never consider using their services and strongly advise others to look elsewhere.

Why am I still seeing pests after my first treatment?
If you are seeing pests right after your treatment, odds are you are witnessing them flee your property, which typically means the treatment is effective. If after a week you are still seeing pests, give us a call and our service professional will gladly return to treat your home at no additional cost.
How much does professional pest control cost?
Our professional pest control plans start as low as $49 to $55 per month for our Basic plan, depending on your location. We offer three primary tiers—Basic, Pro, and Premium—designed to fit different levels of protection needs and budgets.
Do you offer same-day pest control services?
Yes, depending on current technician availability. If you call before noon, we can often provide same-day service for urgent pest issues.
How soon can a technician come out for an emergency?
We strive for 24 to 48-hour response times. For emergencies like a yellow jacket nest or indoor roach sightings, we prioritize your call in our daily schedule.
Do you spray both the inside and outside of the house?
Yes, standard service covers both. We focus on the exterior to stop pests at the source and treat the interior (baseboards/under sinks) to eliminate any that have already entered.
What areas are included in a "perimeter" treatment?
A perimeter treatment covers 3 feet up the foundation and 3 feet out into the yard. We also treat windowsills, door frames, and eaves.
How do I get rid of an ant infestation in my kitchen?
To stop ants, we use "transferable" baits. Workers carry the bait back to the queen, killing the entire colony rather than just the ants you see on the counter.
What is the best treatment for German cockroaches?
German roaches require a combination of baiting, insect growth regulators (IGRs), and sanitation. They are resilient, so 2–3 follow-up visits are often required for total elimination.
Is pest control safe for children and infants?
Yes, we prioritize family-safe applications. By focusing on the exterior and using low-toxicity indoor treatments, we minimize exposure. We recommend keeping children out of treated areas for 30–60 minutes until dry.
What is your "Pest-Free Guarantee"?
Our guarantee means if the pests return between scheduled visits, we return for free. We stay until the problem is solved.
Do you offer free re-treatments?
Yes, all of our recurring plans include unlimited free re-treatments for covered pests.
Why am I still seeing bugs after my first service?
This is the "flush out" period. The treatment is driving pests out of their hiding spots. They will die off shortly after coming into contact with the product.
Why is the pest problem getting worse?
This usually happens with ants and roaches as they are attracted to our baits. This "surge" is a sign that the colony is actively feeding on the treatment.
How can I tell if a treatment was successful?
Success is measured by a steady decrease in sightings and finding dead insects rather than live ones.
Do you guarantee 100% elimination?
We guarantee to control and manage populations to the point where they do not infest your living space. No one can stop every single bug from ever entering, but we ensure they don't stay.
