  $6,000 Luxury Investment with Zero Long-Term SupportI am deeply disappointed by Yardbird’s lack of product support. Three years ago, we made a significant $6,000 investment in patio furniture from their Colby Collection.We recently contacted Yardbird to purchase a replacement cushion and new slipcovers. We were shocked to be informed that our collection has been discontinued, and absolutely no replacement items or parts are available to purchase.What makes this situation entirely unacceptable is that the Colby Collection is still actively listed for sale on Yardbird’s website today. It is completely misleading to market and sell a luxury collection to new buyers while simultaneously abandoning support and parts for existing customers who bought the exact same line just three years ago.While the customer service representatives were responsive and polite, they were entirely unhelpful. They offered zero solutions, zero workarounds, and no path forward for a customer who spent thousands of dollars with their brand.Yardbird markets itself as a premium brand, but they do not provide premium post-purchase support. If you buy from them, be prepared for your expensive furniture to become unmaintainable the moment you need a basic replacement. I cannot recommend a company that treats its customers as disposable once the initial check clears.

  Been in there 4 times recently as we were looking for outdoor furniture. Staff never very knowledgeable, always had to ask for help and when I did, felt like I was bothering them from their movie/whatever they were listening to at the time. Purchased elsewhere. Living Spaces is where we ended up. Was able to get help, huge selection, and good prices. Very comfortable.

  Staff and Location are great. The selection was minimal. Really seemed like a place I’d go to have something more specialized ordered.

  I cannot recommend Yardbird enough -- I would buy all of our future outdoor furniture there. The team was extremely helpful on-site and responsive to what we were looking for. We ordered a popular color of cushion for our patio set and were quoted a 6-week lead time, but the order came in 3 weeks. As a bonus, everything was unpacked and set up for us so the whole process was zero hassle. We've been thrilled with the quality of the pieces. 10 stars!
