- GFGel Fuzz5 days ago1.0Alright, I was completely sold on these beds and it is nice to sleep on especially compared to other beds. However getting the bed was a nightmare. At first we were getting the bed earlier than their expected date, but the base was broken so we had them take the whole order back (as is normal/expected/recommended). Bummers, but because of the error we got some free sheets (or whatever, they gave us options given the mistake). So then a week passes and we get the bases... And no mattresses. Really annoying, but they can install the bases. Except they half took apart our bed (which they neither needed to nor were supposed to, add on to that we had to fix the bed as they left it in a precious way where it would take even more damage should anything happen... And their handy work has permanently left our bed more vulnerable to damage, and the removed pieces just taunt me with bad feng shui). Then we get a call from the third party movers claiming they weren't responsible for the error of not delivering the mattresses (duh, but they would not shut up with their repetations of innocence). By some hat trick they got us mattresses that day, but boy I would never wish this again on anyone.

He was friendly, helpful and made sure to give us time to try out several mattresses. He never made us feel rushed or pressured. We even left the store, tried a couple of other mattress stores and came back to give our favorite mattress in the store one last test. The tempur-pedic was by far our favorite and we left with the flagship model. Ryan will make sure you leave happy and that your mattress needs are satisfied!

Can I use my current frame with my Tempur-Pedic Mattress?
Yes. We design our mattresses to fit most standard size bed furniture and frames.
Unless your product was not designed for the U.S. market, or is an unusual size, our mattresses should fit.
If you have any question about whether a Tempur-Pedic mattress will fit your bed or furniture frame, we recommend that you refer to the specific product dimensions.
If you choose not to purchase our foundation, you must position the mattress on a completely flat, solid surface with adequate center support.
If you have a slatted foundation, we recommend using slats that are at least 3 inches wide and are no more than 4 inches apart.
Please note that using the mattress without a Tempur-Pedic foundation or similar firm, solid-surface, non-spring base may void the warranty.
How does my new mattress arrive?
With the exception of our TEMPUR-Cloud, select mattresses arrive with White Glove delivery. With our free White Glove delivery, your mattress will arrive in a plastic covering which will be removed upon delivery for set up.
The TEMPUR-Cloud is a convenient option at a lower price that ships to your door compressed in a bag for you to set up on your own time. This design makes the TEMPUR-Cloud great for those who have narrow hallways or doorways, live in apartments, or want to have a contact-free delivery! The TEMPUR-Cloud does not receive our White Glove delivery as it is shipped via UPS. This means that it will be delivered to your door and removal of your old mattress is not available.
What is the difference between Medium & Medium Hybrid in feel?
Tempur-Pedic’s hybrids are like no other, because our innovative coil system works in combination with one-of-a-kind TEMPUR® Material to deliver unmatched pressure relief and support — plus, a more “responsive” feel from the premium coils that sleepers may prefer. This makes our hybrids a perfect introduction to Tempur-Pedic (and a welcome upgrade!) if you’ve only slept on traditional spring mattresses in the past.
While our hybrid mattress options are best described as “medium,” they’re created a bit differently than our other medium-feel mattresses. Our non-hybrid mattresses are constructed entirely of our legendary TEMPUR® materials (placed on top of a foam base layer), while our Medium Hybrid options contain a 1000+ coil system to provide all the pressure relief and support you expect from a Tempur-Pedic mattress — with the added “bounce” from the coils.
Another difference? Our Medium Hybrid mattresses are created using our softest material available, TEMPUR-ES™, so our hybrids tend to feel slightly softer than our Medium, non-hybrid options. If a hybrid is starting to sound like a great fit, you can choose between our TEMPUR-Adapt®, TEMPUR-ProAdapt®, and TEMPUR-PRObreeze° models. Do you have replacement covers for mattresses?
Yes, we do, for any of our mattresses with a removable cover. You can order replacement covers for our current mattress models online here. If you need the cover for an older mattress or you don't see your mattress listed, you can talk to one of our Sleep Guides in the store to help you find yours.
