  I can’t review the couch because mine never was delivered. I can give an honest review and timeline of my experience and how I was lied to multiple times once I made an order. My experience in store was great I ordered a sectional, and quite a bit of accessories. I got a tracking number and delivery date I got rid of my furniture in anticipation of the couch arriving the next day. Instead all that arrived was the pillowsac chair and an ottoman cover. I called in the next day and was informed my whole order was being held because I hadn’t asked them to make a note that I was okay with them delivering my order of everything that was available but withholding the protectors that weren’t available. Keep in mind part of my order was delivered so that wasn’t true. Also my first email showed the couch being delivered then another one showed it being delivered 6 weeks later. The man I was on the phone with in store insisted it was my fault and none of my order could be delivered because I didn’t let them know and I just needed to call customer service. Since their manager took my order and he would never make a mistake it had to have been my fault. I called customer service and they apologized and offered to rush my order and told me it would be here in 3 days. 3 days later no sectional so I call in again and they said the order was never sent out (obviously that’s why I’m calling) their only solution was to refund my order but they want me to wait until I send them back the pillowsac before they will refund me for the sectional they never sent out. Turns out my couch is out of stock and that’s why they were giving me the run around instead of just being honest with me from the beginning. If they were just honest with me I would have been annoyed but just waited for my order. Personally their prices do not match their customer service and it feels like it’s company culture to be dishonest and not just one person having a bad day and not following protocol. Since it took 3 employees and 3 separate phone calls and arguing to find out the couch was out of stock.

  Well built product. Designed to fit our room and style preferences. Super helpful staff, during design and post delivery. Don't send me the product and make me install every piece of fabric on every piece after spending $8,000. I didn't realize it would ship like this. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was very tough on me to spend hours stretching and pulling the tight fitting covers over every piece. Love the product overall!
