Don't send me the product and make me install every piece of fabric on every piece after spending $8,000. I didn't realize it would ship like this. I have rheumatoid arthritis and it was very tough on me to spend hours stretching and pulling the tight fitting covers over every piece. Love the product overall!

Although recently, my last two shipments were messed up so badly that not only did they go to the wrong address, but the wrong item was placed by the store. With such long lead times on custom covers, I am so frustrated that we are back to the drawing board yet again when I placed my order through the store in June or July of last year. I'm also having a tough time trusting considering a very outdated address has now been used most recently twice, so I have zero confidence my order will go to my current address on this next attempt. Alas, we will find out one way or another.
