We went to Furniture Row to look at recliners. We had picked one out from the website to concentrate on. After looking at that one, we weren't convinced, so we looked at others. Wendy saw us checking them out and came over offering to help. She was fantastic! She asked details of what we were looking for and we gave her 'have to haves' and things that were optional. She was incredibly supportive of us making the decision to buy the LA-Z-BOY Randell model. She rang us up, let us know of purchase options and closed the deal. As we were leaving, we remembered we also needed to look at counter chairs. So back we went. Wendy saw us again and guided us down to where the chairs were on display. Once again, she answered all of our questions, got us to exactly what we were looking for. We ended up buying 3 of those chairs. Wendy made it extremely easy to find and purchase exactly what we were looking for both with recliners and counter chairs. She's a very valuable asset to Furniture Row and much appreciated by my wife and I.

With assistance from Sales Consultant Edward Harbin, my wife and I had a really pleasant experience purchasing a new leather couch from Furniture Row in Lonetree CO. Edward helped us to quickly narrow down many good choices, guided us to similar products, and was patient in answering all our questions. We never felt pressured to make decisions, and Edward is experienced and made the purchasing process easy. We are very pleased with the experience and definitely recommend Furniture Row to anyone in the market for a new couch.

We are very happy with the actual furniture and the young men who delivered and put together the bedroom set. With that being said we were disappointed with the Manager who did not record the ship date as we discussed therefore not delivered on the date we requested. Disappointed that no one returned my call after leaving a message. I had to follow up with a call and was able to get it shipped a couple of days later (after rearranging my schedule).
