  Isabella greeted us promptly when we entered the store. She listened to what we were looking for in furniture. She showed us two different groupings which fell within the parameters we specified. She answered all of our questions completely and we made our purchase right then. In and out in about 45 minutes! Good job Isabella!!!

  Great customer service! I was able to order all my furniture on the phone at the Lone Tree location in Colorado. Everything went smooth and will be getting all my living furniture delivered next week! Soo very happy! I highly recommend Furniture Row.

  My wife and I were looking for barstools for our new home. We came across a few that we liked at this location. The front counter/clerk was blunt and unpleasant as were the people loading the furniture on our truck. We got home a bit late and were only able to unload the items and leave them in the plastic in our living room. The next morning, we unwrap the items we had purchased and noticed one of the barstools had damage from the bottom with the foam coming out. We contacted customer service right away and they stated we could return it to the location we had purchased it from to get it swapped out. This location is across town for us and we only went there because we were in the area. We returned to the store and the clerk once again with attitude told us to go to dock 15 where we will be assisted. At dock 15, we wait it’s for 20 minutes before someone walked up and asked what we needed. We advised them of the damaged barstool and they stated they would be right back. As the employee returned, he stool the barstool up and you could clearly see that it was also defective and one of the legs was crooked. He was already loading it up when we stopped him and advised him of the issue. He rolled is eyes and walked back into the warehouse only to return 10 minutes later. This barstool looked to be completely wrapped in plastic and we were unable to verify if it was the correct one. The employee then mentioned he got a better one and stated we were good to go. We arrived home approximately 45 minutes later as that is our drive time from that location and when we opened the plastic, it was the wrong color. They gave us black instead of gray. Now we had to travel a total of 1.5 hrs to and from the location just to get this mistake once again corrected. It’s been years since I’ve purchased furniture from this place and this was the reminder I needed to not make any future purchases at American Furniture. Go to Costco instead, they are usually always on par with how they handle things and I usually have a good attitude. 👎🏼👎🏼

  Shopping for any relatively large purchase can be either overwhelming or stressful but shopping today at Furniture Row was such an amazing experience. Lee allowed my daughter and I to look around and ask questions if we needed, once we made a decision it was an easy process and I am pleased we will have the furniture in a few days!! Thank you Lee!!
