  Our salesman was Erik at the Lone Tree store.. He was great giving us time to look with great information and facts. He got to know what we were looking for and provided plenty of options to consider so we could make an informed choice. Once we sat down for the purchase Erik again have great detail. This was a great purchasing experience and we look forward to sleeping better on our new bed!

  You would never know we walked in 7 minutes before closing time because we were welcomed and treated like the first customers of the day. Very friendly and informative.No pressure just genuine care about my daughter’s sleep experience!Made our trip to the store quick and efficient because Zach Fetcher was so knowledgeable about the products! He also ensured we were taken after the purchase, explaining the warranty and providing us with his card in case we need anything else. A+ Service…very happy and impressed!

  Very good experience, I went in a week ago and found the mattress I wanted to buy but wasn’t sure if I could fit a King or Queen into my room at my new home. Erik was very helpful and put the order in the system for a King, said I could simply call back when I was ready to purchase and confirm the size. He followed up a couple days later through text, making sure I had his contact number and could contact him easily. I called today and purchased a Queen mattress over the phone. Very quick and easy. Erik even went over to Furniture Row and had one of the sales people call me so I could purchase the bed frame I wanted and get it delivered the same day as the mattress. Excellent customer service!

  Thank you Zach (Zachary) for the best mattress buying experience we have ever had! My husband and I usually dread this task, but you made it fun, informative, and not awkward at all (he sat on a bed next to us and carried on a conversation rather than standing over us as we laid on the beds to try them out!) Also, a huge thank you to James for helping us purchase the bed over the phone! He made sure that Zach got the credit for our sale and gave us excellent customer service! We will be back for the next bed that we need! You will not regret buying from Denver Mattress!

  We've been trying to find a mattress that works for us since we both have had several injuries and my wife had surgery on her back. We met with Jay at the Lone Tree Denver Mattress , and he went through all of our options , and we tried several mattresses to figure out what worked for us. Jay is great and extremely knowledgeable and the whole crew there in Lone Tree is extremely pleasant and helpful.
