The employees I greeted were friendly and offered to see if I needed help. I went to use the restroom and was grossed out the position of the toilets and the stall walls are unbelievably every stall the toilet is directly next to the wall and my leg is resting against this nasty wall that’s got stuff I don’t want to know what it is. When you go to wipe or flush your right leg rests right on the stall wall. Why aren’t the toilets centered?

This is a pretty mediocre hardware store. Other locations are usually pretty good, but this one constantly has me waiting for a half an hour or more to get things out of locked cases. I'm honestly at the point where I'm going to start taking bolt cutters with me so I can shop In a reasonable timeframe.
Would not recommend if you have a life you want to live or a job you want to keep.

Several of garden center associates who work at the landscaping area in the back are ignorant and rude to customers. A younger looking man purposefully ignored customers including myself to avoid helping with heavy items. The cashier woman was extremely rude when asked to call for help with putting heavy items in car. At the same time 3 workers were helping 1 guy customer with some bagged mulch. Terrible service and will not go here anymore.

The sales rep never told us that we needed to purchase a power cord for our LG dryer (really LG & Lowes??), so when it was delivered, we immediately had an issue. We also weren’t told that this particular LG dryer requires a specific type of ducting. A simple heads-up during the purchase would have saved us a lot of time and frustration.
What should have been one trip to the store turned into three trips. On one of those return visits, I spoke with a department lead, explained the entire situation and how disappointed I was with the experience. He told me he would pass my concerns along to the Manager on Duty.
Unfortunately, I never heard from anyone at Lowe’s.
Mistakes happen, but good customer service means taking ownership and following up when a customer has had a poor experience. In this case, Lowe’s fell short. 😞
