    Went to the garden center this morning looking for lawn care products. Asked for some help finding a specific item that sowed stock on the app. Salina took me over to the spot and showed me an item that wasn’t what I wanted. She told me in a demeanor that clearly showed I was bothering her and she walked away. I continued to look around the area and found the correct item on a shelf above. I found Salina and asked her if she could get it . She came over looked and said it was same product, then I pointed out the difference on the mfr case description. Now she was really irritated then got the case and pulled out the correct item. I showed her the difference in bottles and she abruptly shut me down. After she retrieved the item I suggested she find a job not dealing with the public. On a good note Rich at the checkout was amazing.

    Went to Lowes on South Sante Fe. Its a large store with a large inventory of just about anything you could possibly need. Everyone seemed willing to help.

    How can you order a new tool and then you get it delivered and you open up the box and it been used by someone and I call to find out what happened and no one seems to know anything, the box actually had white straps on it that somebody re-strapped it and put the tool back in there and put it back on the shelf like it was supposed to be brand new and then now I have to go drive to the store and exchange it because if not, I would have to wait until four days from now for them to re-deliver it for the exchange. I just don’t understand what has happened to Lowe’s. I used to work for them back in 2000 and customer service was top-notch but I don’t know what has happened. Nobody’s paying attention. Nobody cares people are just there for a paycheck. No customer service no help not gonna get a refund for the delivery because now I have to go and exchange it because it’s not brand new that I paid for. So update just want to thank ANTONE for taking care of this situation. I know it’s not his fault but it’s the store‘s fault and I do apologize for that but you did a wonderful job but somebody took the product in and put it back on the shelf what to get thank you, ANTONE

    Mark W in pickup made my experience at Lowe’s The last one I will ever make. I was instructed to go and park where I could get mulch and potting soil after verifying my order with the pick up folks in the store. For some reason, Mark decided to berate me for simply following the directions to pick up my order. I will never step foot in Lowe’s again. That man should be fired for indecency and vulgarity
