  Buyer beware. Jared’s only guarantees their perennials for a couple of days and they have to still be in the pot. I wanted to support local, small business so bought over $100 of perennials here. After 2 weeks 2 of the same plants died. No replacement! You have just lost my business…

  I would put cero stars but the lowest is one. Spent 25 mins waiting for "employes to load " would not recommend this place to anyone . Nasty materials too.

  The 2 stars are for the beautiful plants and nice people Ive interacted with at Jared's. The missing 3 stars is for the rude, passive aggressive lady I encountered on the phone today. I purchased a hydrangea with a warranty. It ended up snowing while I was out of town and wiped them out. I simply called to ask about the process of getting a replacement. Im told I have to send a photo to see if it can be salvaged. Fine. I ask her to wait as Im driving and Im met with "I dont understand why people call in while theyre driving". Because its 2026 and I have hands free? With that remark, I decided Ill with trash the dead hydrangeas and cut my losses. To whomever I spoke with: I dont care how old you are, you have no idea what people are going through in their lives and a little kindness goes a long way. Especially as a small business. The attitude I encountered today is the type of attitude that deters people from wanting to try gardening. So ma'am, thank you for chipping a little more away from my faith in humanity. Im really envious that your life is comfortable enough to find it acceptable to treat strangers calling your business for help in that way. Best of luck. 👏🏻 Terrible attempt at an apology. There was no frustration until an entitled person decided to make an unnecessary remark. So sorry to hear that your establishment has people that immature for their age. Whether they be an employee or the owner. For anybody looking for hydrangeas, theyre sold for half the cost for the same size and quality at Lowes.

  I absolutely loved shopping here. Plants are very well taken care of and absolutely gorgeous. Very knowledgeable and kind.
