    We purchased a tub about a year and a half ago was extremely happy with the service and the product. We developed a minor problem and they exhausted every possible option. They were out three or four times they did everything anybody could ask for to fix it and fix it properly. We love their customer service. It’s easy for everybody to be great when everything goes perfectly but when there’s a small problem, even a small one, that’s where they show up their true strength they showed up repeatedly located the problem fix the problem and made us feel excellent about the whole relationship.

    IHT was a great experience top to bottom. Kevin Addy did a great job educating us on hot tub options and answering our questions. Working with him was a positive experience through purchase, delivery, electrician coordination, setup, and answering questions during the first week of use.

    We just had our Hot Springs Apria model hot tub installed this week, and love it!! We opted for the Covana cover for the tub, and couldn't be more pleased. Such a unique and useful option. IHT was amazing to work with, with special thanks to Kevin, Willis, and the install teams. They were so pleasant to work with, and clearly professionals at what they do. Their guidance was really appreciated, and they take a real pride in customer service. We are looking forward to many relaxing times in our new addition to our family. We named her April 🙂 Thank you for everything. We would use them again, anytime.

    Jacob came out to fix our hot tub, he was really good. He identified the problem quickly, and got it going again. So thankful for his help! I'll attach a photo of the problem I had (HotSpring spa salt system not working).
