  We just had our Hot Springs Apria model hot tub installed this week, and love it!! We opted for the Covana cover for the tub, and couldn't be more pleased. Such a unique and useful option. IHT was amazing to work with, with special thanks to Kevin, Willis, and the install teams. They were so pleasant to work with, and clearly professionals at what they do. Their guidance was really appreciated, and they take a real pride in customer service. We are looking forward to many relaxing times in our new addition to our family. We named her April 🙂 Thank you for everything. We would use them again, anytime.

  Jacob came out to fix our hot tub, he was really good. He identified the problem quickly, and got it going again. So thankful for his help! I'll attach a photo of the problem I had (HotSpring spa salt system not working).

  5 stars for IHT, and specifically Kevin. This was our first ever hot tub purchase, and Kevin walked us through all of the options that were within our budget. He never lost patience with our many questions and all of the back and forth. We never felt pushed or sold, Kevin just provided all the answers and advice until we landed on what was perfect for our family. Delivery was great and timely. Communication was amazing. Step by step set up instructions. Even after the purchase, delivery and set up, Kevin was still answering our questions. Just an overall amazing purchase experience. Thank you!

  Kevin and the entire staff at IHT have been nothing but great to work with. We purchased our Rhythm salt water tub over the holidays and literally haven’t missed a night soaking and looking at starts. Best purchase we’ve made and highly recommend IHT!
