  We were created walking in the door, the Manger showed us what we were looking for, talked to me about each piece and we bought a beautiful full size bed for my grandson.

  Misha the Manager of the Littleton store did a great job in helping navigate a sofa that became very back ordered. We appreciate his efforts! The delivery guys they used were extremely polite and caring of the new furniture and the house. Thanks again, very happy with the couch and chair we order.

  Misha is always so helpful. We’ve shopped several times at furniture row for different rooms and always have a wonderful experience. We find the quality exceptional and the people incredibly professional and friendly.

  Absolutely perfect place to go when you need time to look, sit, feel, bounce, ask lots of idiotic questions when it’s time to buy furniture. We needed a new very soft deep seated sectional so off we went. This store had been there but new to me, so was great it was so close. We walked in after a long day of doctors & immediately greeted by the lovely Bree Morley. She went above & beyond to help direct us to what we were looking for especially the fact that we wanted a custom color which helped narrow down our choices. We ended up buying the first sectional/sofa we sat on. They had the perfect color, so after being there 2 to 3 hours or so, we told Bree to throw some numbers together. Again, Bree is the best. She checked on us often & made sure our questions were answered. The only issue was not being offered a beverage, no, not a margarita but yummy & we would have purchased a more expensive sofa. We were so thirsty & hungry, it was time to let them all go home. Now we wait 8 to 10 weeks for our gorgeous new sectional. We have not heard from Bree yet since we hit it off so we’ll. Her family is from Guam where I use to live many many years ago. Small world. But this store was filled with much more beautiful items than would be expected so we had to investigate them all even went to test drive a new Stearn’s & Foster bed, so I see another purchase in our future. Thanks so much Bree, we certainly appreciate your wonderful customer service & being able to share stories. We will be back, Sue & Torch!

  Great experience! Jared made our couch buying experience relaxing and efficient. He helped us pick the right pieces for our space. We will definitely be coming back soon for other furniture needs.
