  First, let me say the staff at furniture has always been fantastic, this review is not about them, it’s about quality. We have purchased many pieces of furniture over the years from Furniture Row and it’s always been fantastic. However, in 2023 we spent over $6,000.00 on the Durango Leather Sectional, and the cushions are already breaking down for the chaise and the corner seat. The chaise sits so low in the rear, you can get stuck in it and it starts to hurt your back. The corner piece foam has broken down to the point you feel the framework under you. I could understand if this was our primary seating area, but it’s not. The sectional is in our basement and primarily used when football or basketball is on, no kids, just two normal sized adults. I stopped in to Furniture Row to talk to them about this, and they said since it’s only a year warranty on foam, there is nothing they could do. All they did was give me the number of someone they use for situations like this. The Sectional does look beautiful, but is becoming uncomfortable. You can see in the photos how loose the leather is from the foam breaking down. I would think that spending thousands and thousands of dollars over the years would lead to a business decision of fixing it, but I guess it’s back to Woodley's going forward. On a side note, I originally gave a 5 star review on their website specifically for this product, but I can no longer log in to update it. Just sends me in circles. It will send me my user name via email, but then not accept it when trying to log in.

  Brenna was incredibly pleasant, informative and helpful. Found two awesome pieces for far less cost than i expected. Definitely recommend.
