I felt so comfortable It was easy to express to him what my physical issues were and what I was looking for in a mattress. He gave me 100% of his attention.   Alan was super patient and he never pressured us. He patiently answered all of our questions and he got us an excellent deal on our mattress, pillows and everything. He also generously put up with our two wild little boys thinking the store was a playground. He was never rude to us and was always polite despite our crazy boys: 10 out of ten- would recommend

  I’m always aware whenever I fill out a review of some business that it might be written with some Incentive or strings attached. Well, let me say right off the top that I went looking for a place to give a recommendation to Denver mattress at Wadsworth and Crestline. I did my homework and there was no competition for the quality you get for the dollar at their store, but the real story goes on after that, when Alan Roy really went out of his way to help out a friend of ours who really needed some individual attention. In a day when people rarely go out of their way and do more than is necessary, he really did! And it’s made a believer out of us.

  Wow, what an interesting process it has been to buy a new mattress. First of all, I want to start out by saying our sales person, Alan Roy, was personable and knowledgeable. He was very easy to work with. Thank you, Alan! And now for the rest of the story. On July 7th we bought a Doctor's Choice Elite Medium King. We also purchased the Hibernation Platinum adjustable base and a couple of Doctor's Choice pillows. Delivery was set up for the 17th, as that would be the day we wouldn't have the dogs in the house. The set-up took all of 20 minutes and they took away our old mattress and box spring. With a new bed I was excited to get started with some wonderful sleep. However, at that time, we had been watching our kids home while they were away. Two days later I finally got my first night in our new bed. Yes, we played with all the bells and whistles it had. We found it hard to decide on what position to set the head and feet areas. Also, the dogs do not care for the massager and motor noise. They will get over it :) I had two good nights on our new bed and was still getting use to it. However, when I woke up on the 21st, my back had gone rogue. To be fair, I have had major back issues for the last two years. I don't blame the mattress for this. On Monday I had lifted the one of the grandkids up at the Butterfly Pavilion so I did it to myself. Over the next week it hasn't mattered what the position of the bed is in or if there was a massager in it, I hurt. It is now August 6th and yes, I still hurt but I am on the mend. We are finally getting to the point were we are feeling the benefits of the mattress and the adjustable base. I had told Alan when we purchased the bed I had back issues. What I didn't realize at the time was just how quick I would be testing the new bed set. I don't have a before and after story to compare, that is why I gave it a 4 star. What we can say is, our sleeping has gotten much better with the new mattress. We are very please with it and would buy it again. Alan was a 5 star manager.
