Justin Schultz was an absolute professional and incredibly helpful in helping find a new mattress for my grandmother. Took the time to demo and explain all of the options and had lots of patience with our questions. Justin made the experience easy and enjoyable.

My experience yesterday, October 12th at the new Denver Mattress on Alkire and Bowels with Connor and Misha, was exceptional! I purchased a mattress and frame with head and foot board for my 83 year old Father. I was so well taken care of by both of these gentlemen, answering all my questions, freely offering buyer's choices I was unaware of, and keeping up with my inquiries with friendliness and efficiency, so much so, that I'm returning on Saturday to purchase a new mattress from Conner for myself! Respectfully, Laura Dean

Josh is an incredible employee and person. He loves his job, and it shows. You are lucky to have him. He picked up some items for us, found a box spring on clearance, delivered it, and set it up for us in just a few hours. I would imagine this was even after his regular working hours. He went out of his way to make sure that we were satisfied in every way. Thank you Josh and Denver Matress.

Lovely new store that is incredibly convenient for those of us who live up in the mountains. Our sales associate, Jordan, was excellent. He was knowledgeable, helpful, and—most importantly—never pushy. He took the time to walk us through the showroom, explain the different options, and really listened to our responses. He picked up on what we were looking for and helped guide us toward the right choice for us. Thank you, Jordan, for making the experience so easy and enjoyable. We really appreciate your help!

Absolutely the BEST service I have received in ALL 2026. They will take care of you BEYOND the sale and thats SO HUGE in my book. Not only did they find a way to get my bed delivered earlier, Joshua, who delivered it was SPOT ON with his communication. On delivery day he was excellent with being flexible / making sure it was set up perfect. I got my house painted, and my carpet replaced and they had to move my adjustable bases. They unsynced and it was a bummer. I called Joshua (because he said to call if I ever need anything), and he came AFTER closing on a Sunday to my home to help me get them synced. Mind you this is AFTER the sale had been closed. I'm beyond words with how amazed and grateful I am for Joshua. Wayyyy above and beyond. Thank you so so much!!!! 🙏🏼
