  Marjorie was a complete sweetheart today, I wanted to take the time to ensure she is well recognized. Marjorie took the time to help me today, in fact she was so attentive it restored a little bit of my faith in humanity in these trying times. We need more people like Marjorie in the world! Thank you!

  Tonight my wife was in your store buying items to set up her new office space, and your employees had multiple people following her around the store racially profiling her. Since no one asked if she needed help or acted friendly, there was obviously (unwarranted) suspicion of stealing, and having multiple white staff follow closely and stare with blank expressions while she shopped made her feel extremely uncomfortable. So uncomfortable in fact that once she realized she was being followed she decided to check out immediately instead of finishing shopping the rest of the store. As a person of color this happens more than it should, but is something you should be ashamed of and honestly all employees involved should be fired. I'll be calling tomorrow to discuss with whoever runs this World Market location, as I'm sure this store chain doesn't support harassment of their customers by their staff.

  They have fun & unusual items. I go because you can find things your not able to in my town. Great place to create your own gift baskets with lots of food items & some are in miniature. My folks are older & don't need 'things' so consumables have turned into my gifts & World Market is a good place for this.

  Go to THIS World Market! And ask for Delaney if you need help with any purchase! I received THE BEST Customer Service from her! She was positive, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and made a huge difference with the purchase! She checked other store locations to see if product was available there when it wasn’t at Denver West. She was extremely helpful with making the credit card application process successful too - which saved us a lot of money. So glad she was working the day I went in. Love the products and her customer service was above and beyond. Thank you!
