We reserved our unit online. When we got to the storage facility we noticed a sign for 1st month free. I asked about that and they said it does not apply to online reservations even though they ask you to reserve online.
Now they want us to download an app to continue the rental all online.
Deceptive and slimy marketing. Would NOT recommend.

The staff is awesome and friendly but the price hikes are getting ridiculous. I ended up having to find a place closer to me to move my stuff out of one on my units and now I need to remove the other unit I have cuz the price is costing me more then a car payment for an average size unit.
