Horrible storage.Told management the light in my inside unit doesn't work.They said they can't fix until I move out!Have had many of my fragile items broken by another renter of a unit that backs to mine intentionally slamming the wall knocking my boxes over.I have insurance I am paying,but company refuses to honor my damage claim.The rental price doubled after Extra Space bought this business!Prices keep going up without notice.My climate controlled space is not functioning as such.I am paying extra for this type of storage!Was never notified after my unit was broken into.The outside door hanger was lifted with such force it broke the latch my lock was fastened to.Management refused to fix and accused me of not properly securing my lock into the latch.Not true!I suspect the people working there may be responsible for the break-in.Avoid this storage company if you value your items!

Angela and Richard were absolutely AMAZING! They took the time and ensured that I was getting the best unit for my needs. All of my questions were answered and made me feel at ease without any pressure. Angela provided me with a tour of different units and I was able to make my decision in less than 45 minutes. My unit is super clean and feeling confident, safe and comfortable with the environment and my personal belongings/valuables being stored here. Highly recommend!!! Thank you!
