This is one of the better extra space storage locations.
It is tucked behind a small shopping area.
Very easy to get to and not much traffic on the turn in road
This extra space storage location has carts/dolly to make moving stuff easier.
It also has a bathroom on the first floor.
The office is nice and well kept.
I was helped by a very kind older lady named Ms. Shirley. She is the absolute sweetest person. Very knowledgeable on everything about the storage space and layout.
She was able to answer all questions I had.
If I could make a suggestion for management. It would be to add signs to be able to find your unit easier.

The website was glitchy, so had to call to reserve. Not a fan of fluctuating pricing when in the consideration stage (which only seemed to go up). But the onsite mgt is terrific - better communication from them than from some VRBO hosts! Super welcoming, helpful and flexible with our move-in.

Just wanted to give a Billion Stars to Ms. Anne at the Lewis Way facility in Lakewood, Colorado. She has been an absolute gem throughout the entire process. As a single parent managing her adult child from out of state she's been so incredibly helpful, kind and patient from start to finish. Thank you so much Anne! I truly appreciate your kindness and assistance with everything. Extra Space higherups... if you see this.. please give that amazing lady a raise... and keep her around as long as you can. You don't find people like that very often anymore.

Staff very friendly and helpful, whole facility and unit very clean, large easy access door to elevator, plenty of room to maneuver around property with a trailer. Only one suggestion - need a few large carts that contain large items upright, e.g. mattresses, like the carts at lumber yards. The small carts they have are helpful but not for larger items.
