It's hard to justify staying with Extra Space, especially this facility. the facility is regularly unkempt: lights have gone out and not been replaced in main corridors of the facility leading me to use a flashlight, doors have had recurring issues; furthermore, the facility doesn't feel safe, as I've witnessed aggressive patrons yell and become agitated onsite, there is evidence or people living in or around the facility as seen by excessive personal device charging.
I received an email asking for my Google review which I thought was ironic as it comes just weeks after raising my rate. Over the course of my current rental, four years, my price has increased over 47% despite the quality, safety, and function of the storage facility having gone down. I do not recommend this facility and I especially do not recommend traversing the facility at night or alone.

It's awful . Someone broke into my unit and stole half my belongings though the ceiling. That was in 2022 and they never even paid me for my claims I filled out the police report and everything.I filled 3 claims.I think It was Julie McGregor who works there. The mice came through the ceiling and damaged my new futon & sheets and contaminated my belongings.How could they raise4 heavy huge mirrors & Maya original signed by the artist? They stole my antiques from Poland. They stole4 leather jackets,39 pairs of shoes,3 fire safes and I could go on l.How do they live with themselves!!? selves
