  We had such a great experience at Denver Mattress thanks to Jenessa! She was incredibly kind, personable, and genuinely helpful throughout the entire process. She took the time to ask all the right questions and immediately understood exactly what we were looking for. We never felt pressured or pushed into anything, which made the experience so much more enjoyable. Jenessa was knowledgeable, patient, and made us feel comfortable from start to finish. If you’re looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend this location and especially Jenessa. She made what could have been an overwhelming experience easy and enjoyable!

  I got what I exactly what I asked for. My mattress got defective and obviously, it would be best to get a new one! I came into Denver Mattress the other day and I really enjoyed reviewing all the options. The staff here really listened to my concerns and I also learned a lot about what I prefer. My last mattress was really really soft, but I learned that I really sleep well on a firm mattress. The mattress comes with a lifetime warranty, the pillows I also bought will always have a cool side, and I have been getting excellent sleep since I made my purchase. Coming to Denver Mattress was well worth the investment

  Our sales rep was very knowledgeable on the brands of mattresses on the floor. I think his name was Ron butt I'm bad with names and it's no on the receipt so not too sure. There was no pressure to buy and he was ok for us to come back on a later day. Definitely recommend.

  I can’t say enough good things about my experience at Denver Mattress Company, especially with Roberto. He was incredibly knowledgeable, patient, and communicative throughout the entire process. Buying a mattress can feel overwhelming, but Roberto took the time to answer all of our questions, explain the options clearly, and help us find the perfect fit without any pressure. His professionalism and genuine desire to help made the experience enjoyable from start to finish.   Roberto at Denver Mattress was absolutely incredible to work with! From the moment we walked in, he was friendly, welcoming, and genuinely invested in helping us find the perfect mattress. My partner and I had no idea where to start, but Roberto made the entire process feel easy and stress-free. He took the time to really understand what we were looking for, explained all of our options clearly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. His knowledge and patience stood out—he answered every question we had and helped guide us toward a choice that feels perfect for both of us which was our new Purple mattress. You can tell he truly cares about his customers and wants them to leave happy and confident in their decision. We’re so grateful for his help and couldn’t recommend him more.
