  Caleb was knowledgable and helped me pick out a new pillow within 10 minutes! Slept on it for the first time last night and am so glad I made a switch. Loved how attentive Caleb was and appreciated that I was immediately helped when I walked in. Super clean and nice store as well.

  Hedes was amazing! I had been searching for a mattress for about 6 months and 4 different stores. He was the first one with a sincere customer service approach, with a desire to actually fit me with a mattress for my needs. The only one to actually provide service and do the mattress test on me, no other sales reps provided at the other stores. I had no intentions of buying a mattress that day, but walked out with mattress and accessories the same day because of his exceptional service he provided! I highly recommend him as a sales professional to provide a great experience when shopping for a mattress. Also, very knowledgeable about the products he’s selling. Thanks Hedes! 10/10 recommend

  Denver Mattress is all about the nickle and dime. They advertise sales, but when you get there, it isn't really a sale since their are additional costs for everything. Box spring? Additonal. Frame? Additional. I wouldn't go back. 2 stars for friendly employees.

  On September 6 I returned from a grueling 1-year assignment in Bosnia-Herzegovina. I have chronic back pain and was forced to address through physical therapy (PT)in Sarajevo, mid-May 2026. My 6-month treatment was interrupted by my return to the US. I found a good PT in Denver, and explained to her that I was using an old twin bed mattress to sleep on, very soft, and it was exacerbating my pain in the morning. She recommended Denver mattress, and immediately after my PT session drove to Denver Mattress (DM) where Jeanessa (sp) met me, and after hearing my history, made some recommendations, and went to see if there were any clearance options. Jeanessa found me a “Summit” twin mattress at discount and also provided me with a foldable frame for further support. To top it off she threw in two “Doctors Choice” free pillows. She also told me that I can bring back my old mattress to the store for disposal at no charge. Total time: 30 mins (walking in-driving off); Total price: $295. Results: last night I had a very good sleep, and woke up with nearly no pain. Jeanessa told me she had 12 years in the business, after I told her that my brother (a carpenter by trade), told me that box springs were a waste of money. This is where Jeanessa disagreed (as did I suspect that my brothers statement was not reflective of a person suffering back pain). This is where Jeanessa proposed the fold out model supporting frame. It took me 5 minutes to set up. It’s nice to find out that DM has very qualified sales people who go the extra mile. Even the warehouse person was helpful, when I told him that it looked like imminent rain and he proposed putting the mattress inside an additional plastic envelope (which I can use to gather yard waste) and then recycle. Thank you Jeanessa, thank you Denver Mattress!!!! I told Jeanessa upon leaving that I was interested in a king or queen orthopedic-type mattress and would be back.

  My partner and I recently visited this location in search of a new mattress and we had a wonderful experience! We were helped by Caleb, who warmly greeted us as soon as we walked in the door and gave us a lay of the land. As we tried out different mattresses, Caleb was able to answer all of our questions and guided us through the process with his expertise and enthusiasm. We were able to take our time making our decision with no pressure, but still felt super accommodated. We ended up going with the Doctor’s Choice Elite Soft. Laying on this mattress feels INCREDIBLE, like being hugged by a soft cloud while still feeling totally supported from head to toe. I instantly fell in love and knew I had to have it! I also love that the mattress has cooling features as we tend to run hot when we sleep. We also got a remote-controlled adjustable base, which allows us to adjust the head of the bed, raise the feet, use lumbar support, and even has a vibration mode among other features. Total game changer for movie nights in bed and just being able to customize your sleeping experience based on your body’s needs. I also really appreciated that this location offers interest-free financing options. The financing process was so easy and straightforward which made a big purchase feel very feasible and less overwhelming. Caleb also showed us a great selection of silky sheets, pillows, and a mattress protector, and we ended up bundling those with our mattress. It was so nice to have everything we needed in one place! Overall, we couldn’t have asked for a better experience. Caleb was incredibly knowledgeable, friendly, and never made us feel rushed or pressured. We’re so excited about our new mattress and would highly recommend this location to anyone shopping for a new bed. Ask for Caleb—you won’t be disappointed!
