I purchased a couch from American Furniture Warehouse and almost immediately noticed severe pilling. For the price, the quality was extremely disappointing. I submitted a warranty/defect claim, which was initially denied, and I had to follow up again before they finally approved the return.
When I went to return the defective couch, I was then charged $25 for each missing pillow. The pillows were also defective and had already been discarded. So after going through the hassle of fighting to get a defective product approved for return, I was essentially charged extra for defective accessories.
The entire experience was frustrating from start to finish. Poor product quality, an unnecessarily difficult warranty process, and terrible customer service. I will absolutely think twice before purchasing furniture from American Furniture Warehouse again.

I really enjoyed our time at this location. My roommate and I went here to look for a recliner. The sales associate, Brandon, saw us and gave us space to find what we were looking for, but kept an eye on us in case we needed help. When we were ready to purchase, Brandon was very helpful.

Laura is beyond rude. I received damaged furniture and have been trying to resolve the issue with AFW since March with zero communication back from them and then get a very rude message from Laura at 7am, 6 months later, saying they didn’t hear back from me (never contacted me back) and closing request. Ridiculous and her customer service could really use some work.
