I’m writing this as I am on hold for the millionth time today because they have not delivered my multiple furniture items. They call me every week to promise Monday and then next Monday and again this Monday. They said my items were delivered last week of course they haven’t delivered anything if I’m calling them asking where are my furniture items. They left the store and left me on hold I’ve been recording the call to save myself from being charged again when I have no items. These were ordered in July a whole month of lies and nobody having a clue what they are doing. I understand being short staffed but completely lying to your customers taking their money and not delivering your service you promised is absolutely disgraceful and unacceptable. I DO NOT recommend stepping into this store or ordering anything from them. At this point close the store because not one single person deserves their job there. I’ll take it to customer service a third time because even the district manager does not return calls. I’ll post my last call and time so everyone can see I was left on hold while they packed their bags and left the store and I’ll come back so everyone sees I’m not lying about them leaving a customer on hold and they left the store

- JZJustin ZiemboJul 9, 20261.0Let's start with getting a pre owned space saver washer/dryer combo, waited over a month for delivery on that, got conned into the insurance, after delivery and hook up the whole thing didn't work, tried making a claim, if its not a natural disaster they dont help at all, Delivery is definitely unreliable, I was supposed to do a swap out been waiting 2 months for it was supposed to happen today, and every day of Delivery gotta make a payment, because you have to be caught up, but why do i need to pay for something that isn't even in my apartment? Once again today my washer and dryer was paid for and they didn't show, I called at around 6:45pm someone picked up and hung up, there's one employee that I would rate a 4-5, otherwise, Definitely try someone else!

Delivery times vary based on the merchandise selected. The expected delivery time will be displayed during the checkout process. If you have already completed your order, you can find the expected delivery time on the "Aaron's Order Confirmation email".

What is meant by “no credit needed?”
“No Credit Needed” means that you don’t necessarily need to have any established credit history to be approved for a lease. We do check credit sources; however, we look at many other data points to make a final decision, and we regularly approve customers that other stores won’t, including customers with less than perfect credit or very little credit history.
Do I have to have a local store?
Yes, online leasing is not available in all areas. Your delivery address must be within 30 miles of a participating Aaron's store. To find your local store, please visit our Store Locator. Unfortunately, there are a few areas that we are unable to service. We rely on our stores to make your leasing experience personal and reliable. If there is not a store in your area, we could not provide the red-carpet service that you deserve.
