    Kathy and Kaylee were extremely knowledgeable and so helpful on my visit to the store. They were pleasant, easy to work with, very responsive and I could tell that they really knew their jobs and just wanted to help. What a wonderful bit of luck I had walking into the store when they were both working. Five stars all around, they are the best!

    Manager was called in for a pricing discrepancy with no offer to satisfy the customer. Signage was abundant but very misleading. Sale items were mixed with non-sale items with same descriptions. (Yard Stakes) although they were yard stakes, it wasn’t the kind they were trying to advertise. They were staked decorations for the yard. I didn’t see the difference. And the manager didn’t see the customer’s perspective. He even stated to the checker that “all is good”after looking at the signs and the displays knowing full well that I was not happy. I didn’t feel valued as a patron.

    Good prices but a bit lacking in some things, we went looking for a couch but couldn't really find anything we liked and some of the other furniture was crazy expensive. If you're looking for home decor or accent pieces it would be a good spot but wouldn't recommend for furniture shopping.

No receipt? No problem!* Returns of unused items in the original packaging will be fully refunded within 60 days (90 days if you’re an Insider Perks member) with proof of purchase through your Insider Perks account or credit card or receipt and a valid ID. If your purchase cannot be verified, you’ll be issued a store credit based on the current price of the item(s). Christmas merchandise returned after December 25 will be refunded for the current price of the items, even with the original receipt. We do not provide exchanges. You're welcome to return any unwanted product and purchase new items. We are unable to accept returns on mattresses. We are unable to accept returns of pillows and cushions without all of their tags. We are unable to accept returns of items marked “All Sales Final”. Products delivered by one of our local delivery partners, including PICKUP, Roadie, and Door Dash, must be returned in-store. If an item you purchased is damaged or defective, please return it within 60 days to your nearest store for a refund.
