- CFCourtney FieldsOct 4, 20265.0Deb was incredibly helpful and generous to getting me started with my storage unit. I booked one too small, she easily changed it. She also informed me that my unit was close to the highway and it will blow in dust. She gave me plenty of covers for all my items for free and saved me that surprise! Stored my things here for 9 months without any concerns or problems. Thank you Deb and Mini U!

- BTBrett TopeSep 27, 20261.0I would not recommend Mini U Storage in Highlands Ranch based on my experience. I was trying to rent a unit for my 84-year-old father's vehicle. I have a valid Power of Attorney and was prepared to provide the requested vehicle and insurance information, but they insisted my father appear in person to sign. This created an unnecessary and rather large hurdle for someone who relies on me to handle these matters (and is not very mobile). Other storage facilities have worked with me and my POA without making the process difficult. What was equally frustrating was their attitude. They showed little interest in finding a reasonable solution or accommodating a legitimate customer. Their response was ssentially, "These are our rules," with no concern about losing the business. I took my business elsewhere, where the process was easier and they were willing to work with me appropriately. I would not recommend this location.
