I gave them a weeks notice to gather my delivery. On the day of my delivery, they said it was coming from another store, that store wasn't going to make my delivery. Had I not inquired about it, they would not have even let me know about it. The pro desk, at both Greeley, and Ft. Collins dropped the ball. The inter store communication clearly does not exist, and their communication with customers, is even worse. I would call out Derek, specifically, for his lack of ability to do his job. 30 employees were kind and helpful except one gentleman he had attitude that was aparent and since im disabled and have a hard time walking Im the one who should have had the TUDE with him I get others have an off day but he was the one who obviously didn't pay attention to what I needed directed me wrong caused me to walk lots further than I should have and acted like I was the jerk. So this gentleman have the day you deserve your the reason I won't give Lowe's 5 stars. My posture is extremely noticeable and if your wondering yes it hurts like hell to walk even leaning on the kart so maybe not be so dismissive next time and be walking a hundred miles an hour towards the wrong part! Everyone else was pleasant and helpful.
