- PJPamela JarmanOct 2, 20262.0I moved to Greeley last year and truly want to make this location of Hobby Lobby my go to location. But I have been in dozens of times and they are consistently out of stock on standard items and colors. When I ask when items will be in, I am always told Tuesday and then it is a 50% chance that the item I am looking for actually comes in on Tuesday. I have tried asking them to see if it is ordered for Tuesday delivery and they will not do so. I have also asked them three times to order in a color/item that they do not usually carry (but is online and carried in other locations of Hobby Lobby) and each time I was told they would order it and call me when it comes in or call and tell me if they cannot get it in, and on none of these three occasions have I received a phone call at all. So although I would very much like this to be my main location, I have to go frequently outside of Greeley to another location of Hobby Lobby. Very disappointing.
- MTMelissa TrujilloSep 25, 20261.0Everytime I go there employees are rude and follow me. But today Kimberly Leann was extremely rude. We paid with a $100 bill for $70 dollars worth of stuff she checked it so hard even did a circle with it all surrounding light then put it in a drawer and continued to check it with her light then looks at us and says I guess it's fine. Like really it's Friday payday. And she's a general manager really!! How do people get postions like when they act so petty and racist. I will rather drive to Longmont even Denver then deal with this Greeley store. So sad.
