  Outstanding service, patience, and education working with Mr Gustavo! If you need a bed or mattress, this is the place. Update.. the delivery team was one of the best I've seen. Clean, very kind, military like efficiency and precision. And professional.. these guys did their job like a painter creating a masterpiece.

  Brandon was extremely helpful and professional. We told him what we were looking for and he showed us what was available and answered all of our questions without any pressure to make a sale, and never once did he speak negatively about the competition as we experienced from other stores. We found it to be a stress free experience and we recommend the store to our family and friends.

  Our Sales rep Nate was very helpful and made us feel welcomed once we entered the store. We had no idea where to start but as soon as he heard our needs he knew exactly where to direct us. We are very happy with the customer service all around and thankful to have had the chance to work with the Denver Mattress Greeley Team. Nate was very direct and straight to the point which is what we needed and also took the time to let us browse and find our perfect match.   Update regarding the posted review below. I am very happy to express that Denver Mattress reached out to me and took care of us. I dealt with Gustavo the store manager for the Greeley CO. Location. Gustavo took care of us by providing a different mattress that fits our needs, he took the time to go over different options and test different mattresses. Gustavo went above and beyond, his customer service was great! We are very pleased with the way this was handled. It's nice to see that there are companies such as Denver Mattress that prioritize customer satisfaction and building customer loyalty. Thank you Gustavo and Denver Mattress for taking care of us! My wife and I purchased a Doctor's Choice Hybrid medium matress about 9 months ago. My wife and I are both mostly side sleepers. After a few months of sleeping in this matress we decided it was not the right matress due to no pressure point relief for side sleeping. We were not sleeping well due to waking up with lower back pain,hip pain,rib cage pain and shoulder pain. We decided to give the Doctor's choice lineup another change and upgraded to the Doctor's choice elite medium matress with the expectation that the elite medium matress would have more pressure relief due to its premium materials. However that was not the case. After 7 months we are still experiencing lower back pain and side/hip pain. Based on our experience I would not recommend the Doctor's choice mattresses. There is nothing elite about the matress, it was a waste of money. For the price point I would look somewhere else.
