He also pointed out that he could also perform our fire alarms and Backflow inspections so all three annual inspections are done at one time. I will be signing up for that as I currently have three separate companies at three different times in the year doing them. I will be able to reduce the number of times I must disturb the tenants! Visited the Pye-Barker location in Grand Junction with a home fire extinguisher that had lost it's charge due to it's age. The technician (who's name I failed to obtain) kindly explained to me that the extinguisher was not rechargeable, but provided directions on how to properly and safely dispose of this item - much appreciated. Side note - thanks for Pye-Barker's ongoing sponsorship in the NASCAR Cup series!
