Ordered a freezer. Was given a delivery window 7:30am to 11:30 am. It’s now 8pm, the communication is terrible. Literally takes a few seconds to keep people informed of what is going on. Would not recommend Lowe’s in Grand Junction.

What a cluster **** of an experience.
Ordered in store, employee entered email wrong. Shipped out of Glenwood Springs. The truck never left the warehouse, no communication until after the delivery window had passed and I had to initiate . What's wrong with you?
Also discovered the wrong machine was ordered. Thought that was corrected, but sadly no.
The wrong machine, is what showed up I sent it back and again no communication that I didn't initiate. You're third party delivery team, made an attempt at a phone call, didn't say anything and left. It's an absolute nightmare trying to get a straight answer. But that's what happens when you out source, all the things, that can be out sourced.
It's cute how you get out of being responsible that way.

I attempted to have a piece of wood cut and asked an associate for assistance. I was told someone would help me, but after waiting about five minutes with no one showing up, I asked another associate. Again, I was told someone would be with me shortly.
After waiting another 10 minutes, I flagged down two more employees. They told me they thought the lumber saw might be out of service, but neither of them had ever personally cut wood, they didn’t know whether anyone working that day was able to operate the saw, and apparently there was no lumber associate on staff.
Eventually, I was told the saw was definitely out of service. However, there was no sign or notice anywhere on the saw indicating that it was out of service, which means I had spent all that time waiting for assistance that was never actually available.
What made the experience particularly frustrating was the complete lack of follow-through. I spoke with four different associates on three separate occasions. Each time, I was told I would be helped, and each time the employee simply walked away and never came back.
If the saw was out of service or there was no qualified employee available to operate it, someone could have simply told me that from the beginning. Instead, I was repeatedly told help was coming and left standing there waiting.
The customer service was extremely poor, and the employees I dealt with showed very little initiative or concern about actually helping a customer.
