    Our shopping experience was over all great, we were shown exactly what we asked for instead of being persuaded into something else. Didn't feel pressured or anything by the experience, just well informed. We shopped around town but ended up going back. We haven't received the mattress yet, but they seem to have lots of steps in place to make sure you're satisfied with the purchase, such as a trial and mattress guarantee, which are great perks!

    Matthew was very friendly, helpful, and knowledgeable. We spent a couple hours testing out several mattresses before purchasing one. He answered every question and explained the differences between each of them. A very good all around experience.
