Have bought over 10+ items from this location without issue. But we ordered 2 shelf units and a recliner at the beginning of June that were supposed to arrive today (14th) about 2 weeks after we had purchased them. We called store today and recliner is now expected to be another 3 weeks out (over a month since purchase) and was told on the phone our 2 shelves where ready for pickup and drove down to find out they are still sitting in an Arizona store and are actually not in yet so couldn’t pick them up. Been a headache for this whole transaction.

Absolutely love the vibe here. As someone with customer service experience, its refreshing to be seen and served with simple kindness instead of pushing me just to buy. Not only that the quality of the furniture in my home from here is amazing and comfortable with durable quality. Definitely recommend coming here for great and chill service, with variety and quality of product.

I bought a couch, entertainment stand and area rug. I was told they had all the furniture I bought. A day out from the delivery date, they call me to notify me my couch didn’t get to their warehouse yet… when they said they had it. So I was then told it would be a day late. Okay, annoying, but fine. I call them to discuss when it will be delivered the following day, when they inform me that they never rescheduled the delivery and only put in their notes to reschedule it. I had told them, on multiple occasions that it needed to be delivered that week, as I’d be out of town. And they assured me that all the furniture was available and would be delivered in two days. I was lied to, and you’d think you’d get at least adequate treatment when you spend this kind of money. I canceled the entire order and I refuse to ever spend a dime here. Completely wasted my time, they could’ve just told me it wasn’t available and I would’ve shopped elsewhere to begin with. These people are inconsiderate of other people’s time.

I used to love this place I shopped here for years furnished two houses from these guys the manger used to be very negotiable when it came to items that were on recall or last in stock items the manger now literally looks down upon you like he is better than you while trying to explain why he doesn’t want his employees who are commission based to earn a paycheck I have been in the sales industry for years and as a manager of three store he is very unprofessional and he only manages one store I will be contacting the Denver office regarding his performance
