6 years ago I was very disappointed on a cleance mattress. I recently decided to give them a 2nd chance. Casey was so sweet, understanding, caring and helped get exactly what I need and want even when I didnt understand the new pull out bed designs. She explained it. This was done all over the phone. Fast delivery! Reliable delivery to New Castle colorado and ive had unreliable delivery in the Roaring Fork Valley.
The Italian Sofa sleepers are even better than what I was looking for! I am so happy with my purchase and experience! Amazing quality! I will be a repeat customer!

We bought several items and were told everything would be delivered on a specific date, I received a confirmation about the delivery with the pickup window only to get a call that their delivery people FAILED to get it on the truck. They had to reschedule my delivery date for three days later, this absolutely unacceptable. American Furniture Warehouse has terrible customer service.

She answered all of our questions, never made us feel rushed, and truly went above and beyond to ensure we were happy with our purchase. Our couch looks perfect, and we absolutely love it! Huge selection, super friendly staff, and they help you load the items you want in your car, give delivery options, or even have a truck to rent if you want.
I would recommend measuring the space you want to fill in your house, then show up and walk around like you’re shopping at Costco. Explore the well-laid out show room, and see what would fit in your space. So fun.
The VR option to see how the furniture fits in your home is amazingly accurate.
