  Suzanne, Alex and Dean took great care of us when our gate was struck by lightening. They helped us detect the issues and get the parts. Suzanne went above and beyond to get parts to me overnight, so that we could get the gate repaired timely. Thank you so much!

  I have had a great relationship with Sentinel for 32+ years. I started in the automatic gate and access control industry in 1988. We found there was a great market for us in the self storage industry. While growing our service and installation business, I personally got involved in the owning and developing of a self storage facility in 1996. I have used Sentinel equipment from day one. Between my service, installation business and facility ownership, I would say Sentinel equipment was one of the most robust manufacturers we used. There were just not that many services calls on their equipment over the years. When there was equipment to be replaced, Sentinel understood the security necessity with our customers and always promptly delivered. Lots of access control companies have come and gone, but Sentinel has always been there with great service, and keeping up with the changing technology. You just can't go wrong using them and their equipment. I was a very happy customer for 32+ years, and let me say that was many many self storage facility installs.

  Everyone I have encountered at Sentinel Systems has been very polite, knowledgeable and quick to help me get my system back up and running. The software is easy to work with, as well. I manage a 5 complex Self Storage facility (Gold Star Storage Facilities, in Cullman Alabama) with 925 units. Sentinel's software keeps my invoices, receipts and other communique going out when they should. They keep our gates working! If I DO have an issue, I can certainly count on someone from Sentinel to help me get things back up and running. I can not say enough GOOD things about Sentinel Systems!! They are awesome. Especially Dean, Suzanne, David and Tanner!! (but really, the whole team is great!)

  As the new manager and new to the Sentinal system, I have had to make a lot of phone calls to these people. Everyone I have ever had contact with has been incredibly knowledgeable, kind and helpful. They take their time explaining to me how to fix the very things I am calling about. I have learned a lot from them. They are very patient with me when I am not understanding and asking a ton of questions. I appreciate every single one of the staff I have encountered!
